Volume 2, Chapter 41: The start of disorder

”How did it go, are you confident?”

After the examinations had finished, we stayed back in school conversing about our feelings after exams.

”All thanks to General Zhang on his methodful teachings, I feel that this round we would definitely win!”

w.a.n.g Yi happily laughed; he's the one who asked from me the most during exams.

(TL: there will be some talkings of 'ancient chinese-warfare' kind of speech, hence it might sound weird if you didn't see c40)

”Thanks a lot, Zhang Jian, how about all of us go out for some dinner tonight?”

Jiang Tian also had a grin etched on his face, and after he settled his greatest worry within his heart, he looked to be much more entirely relieved, and that goes for me too.

”Sure, so what are you guys going to treat me to, I feel like eating at the western restaurant of Prez's, how about you treat me there~”

”That's too expensive already....it's still fine if it's just one or two people, but if there's more then I'll need to mortgage my kidney off to Prez....”

”If you feel like eating then go ahead, sometimes we'll need to treat our members of the Student Councils, right~ and as for the Five Human Trashes......we'll just bring them along too.”

The Prez's words was like nature's voice, it instantly warmed up the fields of my heart.

”Prez, I always had a question, am I being counted in the Student Council, or in the Five Human Trashes?”

”Both probably......our Student Council resolves the troubling issues on the surface, while you guys settles the difficult stuffs under ground, isn't it always been like that all along.”

So the Five Human Trashes and the Student Council are a body, huh......no wonder whenever the Prez had something to do she'll always call upon us.

”Let's go, I already called for a car to pick us up.”

”We sincerely obey Marshal Sun's order!”

The foods of Prez's house is too delicious already, as long as it's a human being they can't resist that temptation at all.

”Zhang Jian! Can you please accompany me to the school balcony? I have something that I want to tell you!”

I'm very aware about the matter that Ma Qing Xue would come to find me today; and it's time that I should finally give her an answer too.

”Does this counts as the condition from that time?”

”Mm!”

Her tone was vastly different from usual, usually her voice when speaking wasn't loud at all, and had a delicateness in her tone, but the her right now had an empowering voice, with firmness in her tone.....she must have made some sort of a decision.

”Sure, go on up first, I'll be there shortly.”

What's different from her is that I need a little bit of time to think up of how to phrase my words later.

”Then we'll first head to the school gates and wait for you guys then, hurry up with whatever your doing.”

Ma Qing Xue went towards the direction upstairs, while Prez and the rest left too. Most of the students had already left the school, but there are still a few students like us staying back in the school to check their respective exam answers; how should I say it in a while later....I'm still a little shy.......

”I'm a man anyway so why am i feeling shy at all!”

I forcefully used both of my hands to slap my cheeks, usually I'm used to doing this sort of method to bolster up my courage.

Slowly walking up the staircase leading to the school balcony, I kept imagining of the mock scenario that would be going to occur, and started thinking of how to enable myself to be a little less awkward.

In the midst of the silent staircase, a rather joyous ringtone rang; it's my phone, and I subconsciously took it out and check the caller ID. A number from an another province, can it be someone else who called wrongly or was trying to make an hara.s.sment call....although these came to my mind, but I still pressed the answer option.

”h.e.l.lo, who are you looking for?”

”Of course......looking for you, my dearest boyfriend~”

The voice that came from the phone made me instantaneously fall into the pits of icyness, and a peculiar chilly sensation covered my entire body.

”Enough with the pranks already....who exactly are you!”

”Even if it's my voice you couldn't recognize already huh? So terrible of you~ even though I love you so much.....but, it's fine, as long as I can remember your voice then it's alright!”

Actually, the moment she had opened her mouth I already knew who the person was already, how could I ever forget this voice.....but, I still wasn't willing to face the truth, how does she know my number that I had just changed not too long ago!

”How did you know my number!”

”Not, tell, ing, you, hehee.......”

Devilish chucklings resounded within my ears, which made my body uncontrollably shook about in fear.

”What's your motive!”

”It's because the call you made to me last time really gave me a lot of useful information, so I wanted to repay you a little, for sake of fairness, in case you aren't willing to admit that you've lost by then......but then again, even if you won't admit it's fine anyway, because I'll make you admit it personally!”

”Repay what.......”

”According to what I know, you should be in either City G, City D, or City C, am I right, de, ar, est?”

”No comment......”

My tone had already began to tremble.....

She's absolutely right, I'm at City C right now, although I have no idea how she managed to find that out.

”Try your best to escape~ you'll completely give up if it's only like this catching you....then you'll truly understand that you can only be mine!”

”Xiao Yu.......your really crazy.......”

”No, I'm not crazy, and never crazy, I'm very calm right now, but it's you who's crazy, you abandoned your girlfriend who loved you!”

”I never once did admit before that you are my girlfriend!”

In the staircase, I couldn't control my emotions....and yelled out loudly.

”Ai~ya~ you're so terrible, but no matter, as long as I admit it then it's alright!”

”Zhang Jian, why haven't you come up yet, I heard you shouting in the staircase, so I came here to take a look...what happened?”

Ma Qing Xue's voice floated to me from upstairs; I didn't notice her at all as all of my concentration was on the phone, and when I wanted to stop her it's already too late.....

”Who's voice was that just now!!”

”None of your business.”

”Who was it!!”

”I said alreayd! None of your business! Didn't you understand!”

”Hee, it's her huh...so it's her huh, even though you was so gentle towards me last time....yet was shouting towards me right now...that's right, it's her, it must be all because of her!”

”No! It's not! It doesn't concern her, she's only my cla.s.smate....”

”Liar! Just wait and see.....I'll definitely find you.....and afterwards that person who s.n.a.t.c.hed you, I'll........hee hee...”

”Enough! That's all!”

I hung up my phone; my forehead is full of cold sweat at the moment, although the staircase area was rather coolly, my whole body was covered with sweat that it was like I had been drenched in rain.

The phone's ringtone kept ringing, and it's that same number as before, in fear I hastily switched off my mobile phone.
