Huang Qiuyan presses the AB button. She's going to try AB cloned blood. Her mind has turned blank after hearing Xiao Chun Dan's words. There's a way to get the points, but they have to save the world first.

It's strange that she's reluctant to accept the offer. Saving the world won't be an easy feat. She sighs while looking at the glass of blood. She's not starving. Rather, she doesn't feel like drinking blood. She wants something, but what is it? There's something within her grasp. After finishing her meal, she walks with a listless expression in the castle. She's thinking about certain someone. Should she approach him again? She doesn't know how to talk to him again. Whenever he's there, she is always feeling much more than she can digest. She hasn't seen him since she woke up.

[You are being melodramatic again.]

”Am I being melodramatic for someone?” She realizes that she's lost again. Why did they make this castle so big? ”Why haven't you made a map of this place yet?”

[You have wandered to unknown region again. I am trying to figure it out. There's magic in the walls. Analyzing magic makes me a little dizzy, Elder Sister. I was supposed to help humans deal with the apocalypse. I am trying to alter myself to become compatible for the magic. Right now, I can only analyze low grade magic.]

”I understand,” She mumbles with a complicated gaze. She wants to see a certain someone, but she won't say that person's name. He's acting differently since she rejected him. He's not forceful anymore. He's not even trying to seduce her. He's a little detached. There's an emptiness inside him that pulls her toward him, but he's blocking her out. She's wondering why she's upset. The bond can probably control the feelings, but it can't control her thoughts.

Why? Just why is she thinking about him? Bond can make her feel something for him in her body. The same bond can make her feel sad for him, but it shouldn't be able to control her thoughts.

[Logically, you will think about him more if you feel something for him. Aren't you thinking about him now because you are curious why you feel sad for him?]

”Rather...” She stops walking and looks up at the ceiling. ”Xiao Chun Dan, I felt sad because I saw him sad. I only felt his sadness for a few moments through the bond. I want to sit beside him and ask him why.”
