As soon as the servant arrived at Lee Miaoyin's small courtyard, he could smell the fragrance of medicine wafting through the air. As far as his eyes could see, Lee Miaoyin was sweating and kneading pills by the side of the cauldron, and Qi Hongxuan was sitting not too far away, silently looking at Lee Miaoyin.
