The pride in Ye Enchen’s eyes disappeared gradually. His smile turned frozen and his eyes twitched.

“What are you proud of? It’s just a woman. What kind of woman can’t Ye have?” Si Nanyin took a look at Xia Nuan and continued to laugh at Ye Enchen.

Xia Nuan’s face was pale. She tried to pretend that nothing had happened to her. However, she felt her heart was bleeding.

Ye Enchen was stopped by two bodyguards. Ye Sichen and Si Nanyin got on the car. Through the window, Ye Sichen saw Xia Nuan was pretending to be calm although there were tears filling her eyes.

Ye Sichen would feel sorry for her in the old times. However, now he thought that her tears were just another trick to play innocent.

Ye Enchen looked at the car that Ye Sichen was in with a malevolence glimpse in his eyes.

Xia Nuan perceived his expression quickly. She couldn’t help but worry.

Because she knew that Ye Enchen would definitely do something bad against Ye Sichen.

Ye Enchen returned to the villa with Xia Nuan. Xia Yan and Zeng Guihua had already left.

Ye Enchen made an excuse that Zeng Guihua and Xia Yan wanted to go back to Zhongshan City. Therefore, he bought them the air tickets and asked his subordinates to send them to the airport.

Xia Nuan didn’t say anything about this. She just said it was fine. Then she said she wanted to go back to the bedroom to rest with the excuse of being tired.

Ye Enchen sent her to the bedroom immediately.

He accompanied her. Seeing that she closed her eyes, he couldn’t help but kiss her on her face.

“Nuannuan, soon you will understand that being with me is the right thing to do.” He whispered in her ears.

Xia Nuan pretended not to hear that and rested with her eyes closed.

For a moment, she heard that Ye Enchen went away, then she opened her eyes.

She took a headset from her bag and plugged it into her phone.

Outside, Ye Enchen came out of the bedroom and went to the study. There was a man in the study waiting for him.

Ye Enchen came in and shook hands with the man in a suit. Then they whispered for a while.

“When do you want to start action? Please give me a specific time.”

“Just follow my instruction. I will be there, too.” Ye Enchen tapped the man on the shoulder and the smile on his face became broader.

“What if it causes someone’s death?”

“That’s exactly what I want. His time is up. He must die. Only when he is dead, I can replace him.” He tightened his hand, with a flash of malevolence in his eyes.

In the other bedroom, Xia Nuan heard the conversation clearly.

Her heart jolted.

Ye Enchen had always wanted to replace Ye Sichen. Therefore, was he ready to kill Ye Sichen?

She felt frightened for a while and was completely sleepless.

When Ye Enchen came in, she continued to pretend she was asleep. Ye Enchen whispered her name, but she did not react.

The moonlight shined in. It reflected in Xia Nuan’s white face. Ye Enchen reached out his hand and touched her face. A strong desire of possession flashed in his eyes. He bowed his head and kissed her.

No wonder Ye Sichen couldn’t let her go, she could easily excite a man’s passion, making him impossible to reject. Even an unintentional gesture could titillate a man’s heart.

His breath was so heavy. He picked her chin up with his finger and kissed her deeply.
