Chapter 228 - Trouble During The Filming X (1/2)

Liang Zixuan looked at him without expression and said coldly, ”No.”

”Hey, Liang Zixuan, don't be so rude! Once a man drinks, his words are crueler than a woman's. Do you really consider yourself some kind of pure beauty? Don't think that I don't know how many men you slept with!”

Hou Yingyi steadied his legs. When he heard the man's words, he thought of Liang Zixuan and Han Yuanjun and became increasingly angry. He threw his wine glass to the ground, raised his fist, and punched the man. ”I'm not going to let you say that to her!”

With a ”bang” sound, the man was knocked to the ground, and the glass in his hand also shattered. He wiped his mouth and looked at Hou Yingyi with a mocking smile. ”Hou Yingyi, who do you think you are? You're just an Assistant Director, no wonder Liang Zixuan looked down and kicked you for climbing a mountain!”

This sentence, without a doubt, pierced Hou Yingyi's heart deeply. With red eyes, he ran over like a madman and gave the man a good beating.

The originally bustling restaurant was now even noisier. Most of them were already drunk. When they saw the two men fighting, they thought they were playing around and surrounded them to watch.

Xie Cheng's mouth curled slightly as he walked towards Hou Yingyi with his big tail like a wolf. ”Yingyi, that's enough. Stop hitting him. What are you fighting for?”

Hou Yingyi pushed Xie Cheng away and landed his fist on the man's face again. ”I told you to repeat your words again!”

Everyone looked at him with interest, but Liang Zixuan was very annoyed. She threw her chopsticks on the table and stood up abruptly.

Zeng Zhelan was shocked and asked while holding her hand, ”Where are you going?”

”I'm full. I'll go back first.” Liang Zixuan didn't even look at Hou Yingyi, as if the fight between the two men there had nothing to do with her. ”Zhelan, you continue to eat. Don't worry about me.”

Zeng Zhelan turned and looked at Wei Xiaoqing and Hou Yingyi. She thought it would be safer if Liang Zixuan went back alone since they were all here.

Otherwise, if she left with Liang Zixuan later, and Wei Xiaoqing and Hou Yingyi followed them, it would be hard for Zeng Zhelan to protect Liang Zixuan. At least, if Zeng Zhelan stayed here and if those two scoundrels decided to find trouble with Liang Zixuan, she could ask help from the crew.

She nodded. ”Alright, then you can go back first. I'll be back soon.”

Hou Yingyi was eventually stopped by Xie Cheng and others. He stood up immediately and looked around for Liang Zixuan. After thinking for a moment, he lifted his legs and walked towards the door.

Zeng Zhelan was really watching him. Seeing that, she immediately stood up and went over to stop him. ”What are you going to do? Didn't you just say that you wanted to drink? Come, let me drink with you!”

Hou Yingyi was very agitated.  He wanted to push Zeng Zhelan away and return to the hotel to find Liang Zixuan, but who knew that Xie Cheng would come and pull him back with Zeng Zhelan. ”Where are you going? We are not done yet. Come on, let's have a drink. ”

Pushing Hou Yingyi down into a chair and making him sit up obediently, Xie Cheng passed the wine glasses to Zeng Zhelan and Hou Yingyi. He then exchanged glances with Wei Xiaoqing and the corner of his mouth tugged up contentedly.

Liang Zixuan got out of the car and returned to the hotel. When she returned to her room, she picked up her pajamas and took a shower. The restaurant was filled with the pungent smell of alcohol and smoke. It took her a while to wash off the stench.

She put on her pajamas and came out of the bathroom with a dry towel in her hand. As she wiped her hair, the doorbell rang.

There was only one room card in each room. As she left, she picked up the room card, so Zeng Zhelan had to ring the doorbell when she returned.
