Xia Jingfei smiled and nodded. ”That's right. Are you having a meal too?”

Qin Yu looked back at her assistant, who was simmering with anxiety and pursed her lips gloomily. ”Yes, a company has asked me to come here today to discuss advertising contracts.”

Qin Yu looked at Xia Jingfei's table and asked in a gossipy tone. ”Are you here by yourself?”

Xia Jingfei looked down in embarrassment. ”No, I'm waiting for a friend. He hasn't come yet.”

”Friend?” Qin Yu chuckled. ”Or boyfriend?”

Xia Jingfei did not know how to explain her relationship with Liang Jiahao. She thought she could further develop her relationship with him. And he wasn't her boyfriend yet, so she had no face to say that.

As an answer, she looked down and smiled shyly.

Qin Yu immediately understood and put her hand on Xia Jingfei's shoulder while smiling. ”Ooh, you already have a boyfriend! How about you find a time for me to meet him? After all, we have been good friends for over ten years. How could I not help you check out your boyfriend to see if he's suitable or not?”

Xia Jingfei raised her head and was about to explain that she had not yet reached the level of a boyfriend and girlfriend when she saw a man wearing a cap, big sunglasses, and a mask standing behind Qin Yu's assistant, watching them.

Xia Jingfei was shocked and asked nervously. ”Qin Yu, do you know that man? He's dressed so weirdly, and why do I feel like he is watching us? That kind of feeling makes my hair stand on end!”

Qin Yu turned around to look at him and she didn't feel bothered by his presence. ”Him? I don't know him, but he has been following me for almost half a year. Wherever I go, he will follow me. But he did not come to talk to me or do anything to me, I don't know what he wanted.”

”What?” Xia Jingfei was really surprised. ”He's been following you for half a year?”

”That's right!” Qin Yu pouted. ”What can I do? I'm a public figure now, so I can't chase him away. Plus, even if I kicked him, he probably wouldn't leave. At least, he hasn't done anything to me yet.”

Qin Yu's assistant waved at Qin Yu anxiously. ”Qin Yu, hurry up. We're really going to be late.”

Qin Yu gave Xia Jingfei a helpless look and patted her on the shoulder. ”I'm not talking to you anymore. I have to go now. When you have time, don't forget to call your boyfriend and arrange for us to meet.”

Xia Jingfei smiled awkwardly. ”Alright.”
