”You should eat lots this morning because I'll leave at 10, and only return after 3 P.M. So you wouldn't get hungry and destroy my window again.”

”Eh?!” Alpheus stopped gobbling the steak and stared at Sir Junshik Hyung. He was surprised because Sir Junshik Hyung just left yesterday, and now he wanted to leave again?!

”Sir, isn't it dangerous?”

”Dangerous?”

”Yeah! I mean, even if you're a high ranked mage, you still have to protect your tower! Who would defend your tower if the enemies attack? Or if it's some mystical being invades!” Alpheus said warily.

”What are you on about….” Cha Junshik didn't get what the heck this werewolf was blabbering about, ”What is this high ranked mage you're talking about? And mystical being?”

”Aren't you a high ranked mage, Sir? I heard you teaching your apprentice about… um.. qua—qua—q-quantum something magic yesterday….”

'Did he really think that me teaching about quantum physics is the same as chanting some magic spell?' Cha Junshik wondered. He used some scientific terms, but maybe it was too difficult for Alpheus to comprehend, so he thought it was an unknown magic spell.

Cha Junshik was too lazy to explain about what quantum physics to Alpheus anyway, so he just shrugged it off and said, ”Well, I guess I'm a high-rank mage now.”

”Yes, Sir! Mage is a very valuable resource in any country, including mine. But I heard from Uncle that all of them has been exterminated… only Uncle left….”

Cha Junshik sensed that Alpheus' mood worsened as he remembered what happened in his kingdom.

From what Alpheus mentioned from time to time, it seemed the kingdom had been decimated by the vampires, and they were chasing Alpheus.

Thus, his uncle teleported him to a random place to escape from those vampires.

'It makes me wonder how strong those vampires are. Since they could overwhelm Alpheus, whose strength is monstrous enough to kill someone in one punch,' Cha Junshik pondered.

But he didn't want to think much about it since that wasn't his world, and there was no way he would be transmigrated into that world with Alpheus later on.

'Heh, if that happened, it would be an interesting novel.'

”You're in my world—in my domain, to be exact. I won't allow you to lament over what happened in your world. Since you're under my care now,” Cha Junshik said, trying to busy Alpheus' mind with other things so he wouldn't be too sad.

”But I'm hiding in here, Sir. Of course, I will keep thinking about my people…” Alpheus said as he smiled bitterly.

'Huh, this werewolf does have a bit of his mature side. Though it's mostly him being naive and stupid,' Junshik commented in his heart.

”Then, let's go out,” Cha Junshik said.

”Huh?”
