”Well, whether you can learn holy magic—or any kind of magic, that depends on me, the high-ranked holy mage in this domain. So all you need to do is to follow my instruction, okay?”
”Sir, Yes Sir!”
Alpheus didn't really know what Sir Junshik Hyung would do and why Sir Junshik Hyung suddenly allowed him to rest on his broad chest, but he was surely happy with it!
He felt… protected, which was something very foreign for him. Since he was used to be the monster that everyone was scared of.
Cha Junshik didn't have any spell, of course. Heck, he didn't even know magic like what Alpheus described. Alphie just took his joke literally and concluded that Cha Junshik was truly a high-ranked holy mage.
And he wanted to comfort Alpheus, at least to show him that he wasn't completely useless.
Cha Junshik caressed Alpheus' hair and then turned his head to whisper at Alphie's ear, ”In my realm, I am the highest one in order. You have no magic affinity in your world, but once you're in my world, I can always bestow you with magic affinity, as long as you obey me, remember?”
”Yes, Sir…” Alpheus nodded obediently. He felt safe and protected with Sir Junshik Hyung, and he also felt like Sir Junshik Hyung was really genuine with his care.
So Alpheus willingly let his guard down.
Cha Junshik continued whispering in Alphie's ear, ”What kind of spell do you want? A spell that would burn your enemy? A spell that would drown them? Bury and purge everyone?”
Alpheus shook his head. He never had that kind of intention about magic, especially since he felt that his bloody hands were enough to kill anyone he wanted.
Instead, he wanted something more… comforting, coming from magic.
”Sir, can you give me a spell to make me find my mate?”
”Find your mate?”
”Un… sometimes, when I'm sleeping in my den in the Elune forest. I felt really lonely and wished I had a companion. I wish I could meet my mate, whether it's a man or woman. I just hope that I can meet them soon, so I can have someone by my side.”
”Alphie always thought that I would die alone. Because nobody wants me, and nobody really likes me….” Alpheus said. His mood gradually turned mellow as he remembered how he never had a friend, let alone a mate, to fill his life.
”Alphie wants a spell to call my mate, Sir….”

Alpheus looked sad. He nodded his head weakly, ”I understand, Sir. I'm sorry for asking.”

Cha Junshik sighed. This wolf prince really had a way to make him feel empathy and care.
”I will give you a spell that would give you a companion. Because with this spell, you will feel my presence around you,” Cha Junshik said.
Alpheus raised his head again and looked at Sir Junshik Hyung confusedly, ”Sir, I don't understand.”
”With this spell, you will feel safe because I will always be by your side. Even if it's just my spirit, I will always protect you with my holy aura. If you feel lonely, you can just use this spell, and I will be there to comfort you, okay?” Cha Junshik said. This was the most reasonable thing he could do for the wolf prince. Something that was 'magical,' but not really.
Alpheus' eyes stared at Sir Junshik Hyung as if he depended on his master. He didn't know where his mate was, and Sir Junshik Hyung also told him that his mate must be somewhere out there.
