She looked up at him and said in an unfriendly tone.

Mo Shiting didn’t budge.

Gu Li could only reach out her hand to push him away as she complained, “Because of you, I didn’t get to eat dinner last night and I’ve been starving for exactly 24 hours. Are you trying to starve me to death?”

She didn’t eat dinner yesterday?

The four of them sat around the long dining table.

Old Master Mo sat at the head of the table and Mo Shiting and Gu Li sat on one side, while Song Yunque sat across them.

After the servants had served the dishes, Song Yunque started to put food on Gu Li’s plate.

“Fourth Sister-in-Law, this steamed chicken is delicious. Here’s a drumstick.
