But even being in both shock and fear Tyler felt weird.

Tyler gave a discomfited and embarrassed smile, ”I'm sorry, I've tried but I can not take another living being to my room.” Tyler was not lying he had done several experiments and discovered that he could not take anyone else with him, that he could bring objects from other worlds, that the food is not preserved in the mission world since the food spoils and rots as normally does.
