While the two girls were running towards the promise location, Sheila was pondering on whether to disguise herself since she didn't think that she could hold back her strength with the people like this. Though she would rather not go through the bloody path, if that is what it takes to protect her loved ones, she wouldn't mind. But if she had followed the logic and ignore it, she would have felt some sort of guilt in a corner of her heart even though it is not her fault. And if she did help, although she will feel happy and fulfilling for a moment, there might be some people out there who would take advantage of your kind nature for their selfishness. It's saddened but such human exists.

Anyways, since Rodrick kidnapped Yuna because of the humiliation he suffered from her hands, Sheila didn't think that using disguise would be a good move as it would only expose herself that she's ain't normal.
