Yu Gangan’s face suddenly turned red as she pushed Fang Zhihan away and got out of the car.
As soon as she closed the door, she wanted to turn around and shoo the man away, but Fang Zhihan suddenly lowered the windows and said, “It’s cold. Hurry inside.”
Yu Gangan sniffed a little. He was right, it was cold indeed.
She tucked her neck in and thought for a second before she waved at Fang Zhihan and ran inside, breathing a little heavier than before.
There was no heater in the lobby so Yu Gangan wanted to get back to her dorm room as soon as possible. That way she could have a warm shower and jump under the covers of her bed.
But, just as Yu Gangan pushed open the glass doors in front of her, she spotted two people standing in the corridor.
One was Xia Chengzhou.
The other was Su Jiushan.
Yu Gangan didn’t know what happened between the two, she simply noticed that Su Jiushan’s eyes were a little red like she had been crying.
Meanwhile, Xia Chengzhou had his head lowered in a serious manner.
Yu Gangan was a little dumbfounded.
Had she walked in on a lover’s tiff? If she did, then that would be extremely awkward.
To prevent the couple from feeling uncomfortable, Yu Gangan pretended to be focused on her phone as she walked past without looking at them. She then rushed into her room as quick as possible.
Yu Gangan thought the matter would end there.
As she lay in bed, all she worried about was Fang Zhihan’s bank account that was linked to her WeChat wallet.
By linking his account like that, wasn’t he afraid that she’d use all his money? She could be a big spender if she wanted to.
One moment, she thought about how to spend the money and what to buy, the next moment, she considered deleting the account from her wallet altogether. But, after going back and forth for quite some time, she still did not come to a decision.
As she stressed about this, she did not give her encounter with Su Jiushan and Xia Chengzhou a second thought.
After all, it was normal to randomly run into people.
