Fang Zhihan pressed against her body, his eyes scanning her face. Finally, they fixed on her lips and he said, “What do you think I want to do?”

Yu Gangan stopped talking.

Her head was a little dizzy, but she was still sober.

She stared at him, pouting prettily with slight resentment as her eyes glistened tenderly.

A long slender hand suddnly covered her eyes and Fang Zhihan ordered beside her ear, “Never look at another man like this!”

Yu Gangan blinked her long eyelashes and asked, “Why?”

But, before the man responded to her, his phone rang in his pocket and he sat down on the bedside to answer it.

This was the moment when Lu Xuechen called him. Fang Zhihan did not place the call on speaker, so Yu Gangan did not hear what was said.

But, she heard Fang Zhihan mention Lin Jiayu’s name and it seemed to have something to do with her illness.

After Fang Zhihan finished talking on the phone, Yu Gangan looked up at him, her eyes half-opened and half-closed in a drowsy state, “What did Lu Xuechen just say on the phone, is Jiayu sick again?”

Fang Zhihan replied gently, “No.”

“Did something happen to her child?”

“No.”

The man’s voice was like a soft feather, gently stroking her heart, and Yu Gangan’s tired eyes slowly closed.

After covering Yu Gangan with a blanket, Fang Zhihan leaned against the bed and stroked her hair with his fingers, hoping to help her sleep more peacefully.
