Chapter 5：So, Her Husband Had an Affair? (1/2)

After washing up, she walked around the Presidential suite but did not see a single sign of Fu Sichen.

She tried to call him, but he did not pick up the phone.

She had a bad feeling about all of this. They finally consummated their marriage after six months, but why did he leave without a note?

She grew up with Fu Sichen and they were very close to each other. Six months ago, they found out that Sichen's grandfather was terminally ill. Before he passed away, he wanted to witness them getting married. Because of that, they kept a low profile and fulfilled his grandfather's last wish.

But the thing was, Fu Sichen had changed after their marriage. Not only did he not go back to their new house, there were even rumors of him having affairs.

She believed that those were just rumors, that he would never betray their marriage. Because of that, she never questioned him face-to-face. She did her part as a loving wife and gave him her trust and respect.

Yesterday night, he had taken the initiative to give her a call and booked a room with a romantic ocean view. She thought that it was the turning point of their marriage.

Tang Xinyan kept her mind at bay. She packed her stuff and left the Presidential suite.

She entered the elevator. Right after the doors were closed, two tall figures stepped out of the other elevator.

The man in front was wearing a slim-fit white shirt and black suit pants with one of his hands in his pocket. With his short and neat hair, he was outstandingly handsome and robust, masculine and flawless like a sculpture. He was charismatic and retained an aura of mystery.

He scanned his key card once he reached his room. After the door was opened, his assistant who was standing behind him passed a shopping bag to Mo Chiwei. ”Mr. Mo, this is the ladies' attire you asked for.”

Mo Chiwei took the shopping bag but he was surprised when he realized that the woman inside the suite was gone. He narrowed his eyes and spoke in a deep voice, ”Find out more about the woman who was here last night.”

”Yes, sir.”

After not eating anything last night, and having used so much energy after that, Tang Xinyan was experiencing gastric pains again.
