Chapter 9：She Was Pulled Onto His Lap (1/2)

Tang Xinyan was once chased and bitten by a dog when she was little. No matter how cute these animals were, she had a tremendous phobia of them, and it certainly did not help that this giant dog's height was half that of a human's.

Tang Xinyan's legs started to tremble.

The giant dog pounced onto Tang Xinyan and she fell to the ground, it then started barking at her.

Tang Xinyan was terrified and her face turned pale. She pushed it away, stood up and wanted to run.

That was how she played 'Tom and Jerry' with the giant dog and attracted laughter from everyone in the room. She felt ashamed and angry. ”Whose pet is this? Can you take care of it?”

She was in the entertainment industry for a few years and she knew what kind of people those wealthy youngsters really were.

”Beautiful lady, the dog named Chu Qi that's chasing after you does not listen to us. You will have to look for its daddy, there, the one sitting in the middle of the couch...” The one who spoke was still the flirty man.

Tang Xinyan looked in the direction of the sofa. The man was hidden in the dark. She could not see his face but it was hard to ignore his noble and chilly aura.

Tang Xinyan frowned, her first impression of him was totally awful. What a cold-blooded man, he did not say a word even though she was chased by his pet.

She rushed toward him in anger, but Chu Qi, being the playful puppy it was, chased after her again, which terrified her to her wit's end and she literally ran for life.

When she was right in front of the man, Chu Qi approached her. It licked her slender calf with its warm tongue.

”Ah!” Tang Xinyan was shocked and her legs felt like jelly. Unable to control herself, she fell forward.

When she fell, she grabbed onto the man's belt with both of her hands by accident, and her face was squashing onto somewhere inappropriate.

The woman's warm breath permeated through the suit pants.

The man who had a cigar hanging from his mouth frowned. He removed his cigar using his slender fingers and was about to push the woman away with his other hand.

Suddenly, she lifted her head and looked at him.

His eyes darkened after seeing her bright and attractive eyes.

She was the little woman who had seduced him last night.
