Chapter 16：He Met Someone He Was Interested In (2/2)

He saw Mo Chiwei standing in front of the French-style window smoking. Chi Zhiheng came to his side with an evil smile. ”Fourth Brother, did you enjoy your meal? It seems to be rather fast though!”

Mo Chiwei replied by shooting daggers at him through his piercing gaze. Chi Zhiheng shrugged and slightly rolled his peach blossom eyes, ”I see… so you didn't get to have her, or else you wouldn't be looking like that.”

Mo Chiwei used his lean fingers and shook off some ash from his cigarette. He did not look at Chi Zhiheng. His sombre eyes were fixed on the foggy night view after the rain outside the window. He spoke in his cold voice, ”Did you order someone to drug the woman who was sent to my room?”

Chi Zhiheng appeared to be surprised, ”Drug? Why would I use a lowly ploy like that? Also, was it necessary to drug a woman once she has had a look at your face?”

Suddenly, he thought of something and spoke in a sinister tone, ”That woman was drugged last night?”

Mo Chiwei murmured, ”She's Fu Sichen's wife.”

Now, Chi Zhiheng was even more surprised. He only wanted his fourth brother to lose his virginity and had ordered his men to find the most beautiful woman in An Town. They brought Tang Xinyan to him and he did not check on her background either.

He touched his chin and held back his smile. He hid his jocular attitude and adjusted his handsome face, ”I messed up.”

Chi Zhiheng knew exactly how much his fourth brother hated the Fu family.

Mo Chiwei narrowed his hollow eyes and puffed out some smoke. His flawlessly handsome face was as cold as ice. ”Fu Sichen has never touched her.”

Chi Zhiheng was an experienced playboy, he understood what Mo Chiwei meant immediately. ”I didn't know Fu Sichen was such a weird man. He would rather leave his goddess-looking wife at home, and go out to look for old rags?”

Mo Chiwei stopped gazing at the night view with his dark eyes and looked at Chi Zhiheng, ”Wasn't Director Hou looking for investors for his upcoming new movie? Ask him to give me a call.”

Mo Chiwei switched the topic rather suddenly and caught Chi Zhiheng off guard. ”Since when are you interested in the entertainment industry?”

Mo Chiwei stubbed out his half-smoked cigarette in the ashtray. Before he left the room, he replied without much emotion, ”Because I met someone that I'm interested in.”
