A few hours ago in Mo Lingtan's office.

”Aunty Wanwan…” Seeing Yue Wanwan in front of him, more tears started falling down from his eyes, and Mo Reng immediately ran towards her.

Yue Wanwan bent down and hugged him.

”Why are you crying?” Yue Wanwan worriedly asked as she didn't expect this scenario. Whenever Mo Reng came to meet her with Lee Xuiye, he was quite happy. So she was confused as to why he was crying now. Wasn't he happy with Lee Xuiye and Mo Lingtan?

Had she made a wrong decision by sending him to Lee Xuiye and Mo Lingtan?

”I didn't want to leave Mama...Please send me back to her.” Mo Reng said in between sobs as Yue Wanwan was here now. He was hopeful that she would listen to him and definitely send him back to Lee Xuiye.

”Didn't Xuiye come with you?” Yue Wanwan asked to which Mo Reng shook his head ”She is angry with me.”

Angry?

Why?

Yue Wanwan was about to ask why Lee Xuiye wasn't here but then the door of the office opened and suddenly Mo Lingtan came inside towards them.

Mo Reng hid behind Yue Wanwan agitatedly said ”Please send me back to Mama...I want to go back to her.”

Mo Lingtan frowned seeing his son like that. He was here on his own choice so why was he crying now?

”Come here…” Mo Lingtan called out to him.

Mo Reng was hesitating but eventually walked towards him.

”Why are you crying? Did someone say anything to you?” Mo Lingtan bent down and gently asked while wiping his tears away.

To his response, Mo Reng simply shook his head.

”Then?”

”Mama… is right, Mo Qiwn will take me away...I don't want to go!” Mo Reng whined.

”And do you think I will let him take you away, huh?” Mo Lingtan asked to which Mo Reng pressed his lips tight and didn't reply.

Besides, Mo Lingtan did what Mo Reng wanted, and now he was crying and taking Lee Xuiye's side.

Really, kids weren't reliable.

”I won't let anyone take you away.” Mo Lingtan assured him.

”Then why was Mama angry? She locked herself in her room!”

”Your Mama likes to throw a tantrum sometimes, don't you know that? All right, we will go back to your Mama and I will cook her favorite dishes to pacify her anger, okay?”

”Really? Are we really going back to her?”

”Of course, otherwise, who will marry me if I don't pacify her anger soon? So you have to help me.” Mo Lingtan said with a smile and rubbed his head.

Seeing that Mo Lingtan had calmed Mo Reng's anxiety down with a few words, Yue Wanwan sighed a relief. Otherwise, she was worried seeing him cry.

”What is happening? Why did you call me suddenly?” Yue Wanwan asked. From her appearance, she didn't look well but since Mo Lingtan had claimed it to be an urgent matter and also sent a car for her, she didn't deny and rushed to his office.
