31 Episode 10- Troll Ale (1/2)
Zora and Logan both walk on a path. Cliffs on top of cliffs. While waterfalls of lava randomly spilled everywhere.
”How high our we?” Logan asks as he looks over the edge. He sees a large pool of lava at the bottom. ”Nope!” He looks away.
She laughs. ”Is someone afraid of heights?”
”No.” He says in a unconvincing voice.
She smiles. ”Okay.” She stops. ”So..”
”So what?” He looks at her.
She sighs. ”Beyond this point you must not speak of our plans. My mother does not need to know of it. Do I make myself clear?” She looks at him.
”Y-yes. Can we just get somewhere that isn't up this high?” He looks a little over the edge.
She groans. ”Idiot.” She grabs his shirt while also walking toward her castle. It was huge. Blood red with lava running on some of the sides. Cracks everywhere. It looked like it could fall anytime.
*Next Scene*
Kat groaned as she awoke. Her stomach hurt like hell.
”Be still. You haven't fully healed yet lass.” Derek looked down at her as she laid on a bed.
She nods. ”D-derek...where are we?” She looks around the room they were in. It was all rock. The only light was coming from the candles that sat next to the bed.
”Lass...” He sighs as he looks away. ”We are in Libria's cave..”
She sits up a little. ”What?”
”I know. I shouldn't have but-”
”No.” She groans as a sharp pain runs up her side. ”I..I am glad.”
He looks at her surprised. ”You are?”
”Yes. I was coming to see her. I thought you knew this?” She looks at him concerned.
He nods. ”I remember. Sorry lass. Guess my mind isn't like it use to be.”
”Its alright.” She kisses him.
Libria walks in. ”Oh. Sorry. I will come back-”
”No.” Derek stands. ”I'll leave you two. I need to take a piss.” He walks past Libria. He closes the door behind him.
Libria looks at Kat.
”Libria...” Kat scoots to the edge. ”Its been a while.”
Libria nods. ”Yes. It has.” She lays the books in her hands next to Kat. ”These will help you defeat the hell queen.”
”How..how did you-”
”You talk in your sleep.” Libria chuckles. ”But, I picked these books out since they have the most spells that have affected demons.”
Kat looks at her strangely. ”So, you aren't going to help us?”
”No.” Libria turns around.
Kat shakes her head. ”So that's it huh? You give up?”
”Its not like that..” Libria clutches her fists. ”I...I can't help..okay?”
Kat growls. She stands with the help of the end table. ”I don't need your books.” She grunts as she walks past Libria. Before she walks out the door she stops. ”I..I know you. And this isn't you. So whatever stick you have up your ass you should just pull it out and help the ones that care about you.” She walks out.
”Ugh.” Kat leans against the wall of the cave as she walks out of it.
Derek sees her as he walks in. ”Kat!” He runs to her. ”You should be-”
”No.” Kat shakes her head. ”I need to get back to the castle. We need a new plan.”
He looks back at the darkness of the cave. He sees Libria staring.
Libria quickly turns around. Walking away.
”I see..” He looks at Kat. ”Here. Let me help.” He lets her lean on him while they walk.
Libria walks inside her magic room. She closes the door behind her. ”Why...” She groans before turning around. She looks down at her table. A bloody wrapped up rag sat near a knife. She opens up the rag. A small bloody rock like thing sat in the middle of the rag. She picks it up. Raising it up to get a better look at it. ”What are you?”
*Next Scene*
”Skylar? Skylar?” Cody waves his hand in her face as they both laid on the ground.
She groans. ”W-what happened?”
”You passed out due to blood lose.” Some voice said in the darkness around them.
She opens her eyes. ”Who said that?” She goes to move but she winces as her side hurts.
”Don't move or you'll open it up more.” The voice says again.
She looks around. Realizing they were in a cell. ”Cody?”
Cody sits next to her. ”Its okay. I'm here. They let me stay with you.”
”Yes. The boy wouldn't leave your side since we found you.”
”Who is there?” She asks angry.
A man shows himself from coming out of the darkness. He wore a black armor. His hair was long an black. His skin a light grey. He was clearly a vampire.
”So what now? We your prisoners?” She asks him.
He chuckles. ”Yes. That was a very stupid question. Since, you know..you are in a cell.” He walks toward her. ”I must say..as a human girl you do have such vampire features..” He goes to touch her face but she bites at him. ”Oh.” He walks back. ”I see.”
”Is..is she going to be okay? Um..vampire guy?” Cody asks him.
The man nods. ”Yes. And my name is Vex.”
Some guards rush to the cell door. ”Prince! Your sister asked to see you. Now!”
Vex groans. ”Okay. Tell her I will see her soon.”
”Um well she also wants to see your new pet.” The guard points to Skylar.
Skylar groans. ”Great..”
