After breakfast, with a tablet PC in hand, she continued video-calling her two precious babies as she got in Wu Wei's car toward the amusement park.
Slightly past 8 AM, it was a bit early to go there.
This was something that could not be helped as she was a huge ocean apart from her two precious babies.
The large time difference meant that, while it was 8 AM here on her side, it was already 8 PM on her children's side.
Hence, she could only choose to come to the amusement park before noon, or else if she came after noon, it would be past midnight in New York and would affect her kids' resting time.
”Wow! Mommy, your surroundings are very different from here!”
On the screen, Little Ran Ran's expression of shock, coupled with her round cheeks, amused Pei Ge to no end.
She really hoped that her two kids were by her side now.
She also wished that she could bring them back here to look at their roots…
Her rationality told her not to do so, though.
She knew how clever Ji Ziming was.
If he saw her and the two kids, he might guess that they were actually his children…
”Mommy, when we go to the amusement park later, you must help me and brother buy two ice-creams!”
”Okay. Mommy will definitely buy them.”
”Also, later, you must listen to me and brother's orders.”
”Yes. I'll definitely listen to my two precious babies. Today, you guys are my bosses!”
Just like this, while chatting with her children, she reached the largest amusement park in the capital.
She was here too early as 9 AM was the time it opened.
Hence, as the first person to enter the theme park, she subconsciously remarked that it was rather empty.
Still, there were merits to it being empty.
At least, she did not have to queue for rides.
”Mommy, brother and I wanna ride the carousel!
”The spinning teacup, too!”
As she was ordered around by her daughter, Pei Ge felt grateful that she had come here early.
Otherwise, others would probably think that she was crazy for taking all these rides for kids.
After taking a few rides, customers started streaming into the theme park.
It was, however, still considered few compared to the peak period.
Noting the increasing number of people around, she coughed lightly and put on her sunglasses again.
”My babies, mommy is a little tired. Shall we go have some ice cream and rest?” She gently asked her children.
”Okay! I want strawberry-flavored ice cream!”
When her precious daughter easily acquiesced, she silently let out a huge sigh of relief.
Truthfully, she was a little embarrassed at being seen lining up to ride these children rides.
This, of course, resulted in her not wanting to take these rides with a bunch of kids.
After putting on her sunglasses and with her tablet PC still in hand, she found a fairytale-themed ice cream shop and ordered three servings after taking a seat.
