He could guess the reason.. but did it matter??? she's dead..... but at that moment a shocked expression fell on his face... can it be he tricked me and she's still alive???

Sora noticed Aizen's face and smiled before he answers him....

Sora: ”No i did kill her at least Physically..... as for her core she is still alive...”

Sora: ”Mmmn....Oh!!! Harribel... aren't you a bad girl??”

Harribel: ”What do you mean by that!!!!”

Sora: ”Well of course.... for skipping your work!!!!”

The moment he said the last word everyone was shocked, as he had appeared next to her with none being able to react.... His eyes turned into a spiral vortex of chaos and looked at her.....

Sora: ”Haven't i gave you a task last time???”

She couldn't speak his eyes was bringing her such a dread feeling even stronger than before that made her eat every word she wanted to say.... at that moment he turned towards Aizen and asked a Question to him...

Sora: ”Captain Aizen..... say you find a girl that could stand with you in the heavens, you kindly tell someone to watch over her.... only to find out that someone else hunted her down to kill her... what will you do??”

Aizen was stunned.... including Harribel and Nnoitra.... hearing this question... Aizen thought it was somewhat amusing and wanted to see what he will do as he was surrounded by 10 Espadas and the three of them....
