Seeing her son's distraught face, Yue Wan wanted to console him but Yue Xiang gave her a warning stare. 'Wan! Stay out of this.'

Elder Xiao placed the little guy near his place and ordered Advisor Yu to bring a small bowl. He then patted Little Bao's head and tousled his silky hair. ”Just eat what you want. With me here no one will scold you. Eat until your heart content.”

Yue Xiang wanted to reprove but held his word back as he didn't want to argue with his teacher.

Little Bao's face brightened up and he glanced at Yue Wan, seeking approval. 'Can I mommy?'

Yue Wan did not want to disappoint her baby: ”Go on.”

Xiao Ran tilting her head, exclaimed: ”Did you hear that Bao? Your great-grandfather gave you the green light.”

With sparkling eyes, Little Bao licked Elder Xiao's finger to show his love and gratitude.

Feeling ticklish, Elder Xiao's heartfelt warmth and happiness. He found this little lad quite adorable, so he didn't mind being called great-grandfather: ”Was that meatball delicious, son?”

Little Bao pressed his lips tightly together and shook his head as, 'yes, very tasty!'

Suddenly, a grumble of noise came from the kitchen where the servants were in happy tears seeing Little Bao's cute act. ”Finally, someone has the heart to appreciate us.”

Yue Wan was slightly astounded.
