55 Sacrifice... (2/2)

Sarthaki got a call from Mr.De that Tara and Sourav were in their grandfather's office and Sourav have something urgent to solve so he had to leave so Mr.Ray requested him to go and pick her up.

”Mam...what happened to you why are you walking like this?” Sarthaki asked in a concerned voice.

” He is asking me to sacrifice... again” Tara said in a low voice.

”Sacrifice...who is telling you to sacrifice and what sacrifice Mam you were with your grandpa right!” Sarthaki said in a loud voice because she was very distracted at that moment.

”Sarthaki he is again playing his sacrifice game with me...” Tara said and looked towards him with sorrowful eyes.

Sarthaki knew this look very well five years ago she looked at him like this only, that time he was powerless but this time he won't let her break down.

”Mam let sit somewhere and talk...let's go” Sarthaki then made her sit on the bench near a park outside the office.

”Now tell me mam what exactly happened?” Sarthaki said in a gentle tone.

”I will...but promise me you won't say this to anyone... please Sarthaki... I can only trust you” Tara said in a pleading voice.

”Mam... please don't do this again...five years ago also you stopped me...” Sarthaki said in an irritated tone.

”Please.... Sarthaki” Tara said and held his hands tightly.

”Okay...but tell me everything” Sarthaki said in a gentle voice.

Tara explained him everything in accurate details.

”Mam...this is not atall acceptable....how can you even consider this!” Sarthaki said in loud voice. He can't believe that Mr.De was again playing the same trick he played five years ago to make her join the company.

”I have to consider it...or he won't allow bro to get married to Polen...” Tara said in a trembling voice.

”Mam...you can't do this to Kian Sir...he sincerely loves you...” Sarthaki said and squeezed her hands softly.

”I know...but do I have another way?” Tara said and a single tear drop escaped her eyes.

”If you don't have another way just try to find out one for God's sake” Sarthaki said and looked towards her.

”Sarthaki...he trapped me again...but this time he wants my whole life...I don't want to live anymore” Tara said and tears started flowing uncontrollably.

”Mam... please don't break down...we still have time let's try to figure out something” Sarthaki said and gave her a tissue to wipe off the tears away.

”We don't have time Sarthaki...I have to answer him tomorrow only...” Tara said and stood up from her seat.

”What happened Mam...” Sarthaki panicked he was sure that she will again sacrifice for her brother's sake like she did five years ago.

”I have decided....I will leave Kian” Tara stormed towards the car.

Sarthaki was standing there rooted in the spot, he just can't see her sufferings anymore but he was helpless before her grandfather Mr.De. Sarthaki was present there when she decided to sacrifice her dreams to join the company to save her brother and now also she was ready to sacrifice her love for her brother....was she really human.
