The day went by nicely everyone was now looking forward to the grand party in the evening.

Shreya and Tara was talking non stop on the way to home, both of them were laughing, chatting, gossiping about every topic in the world and the boys were helplessly looking at them with a complicated gaze. On reaching the villa Tara stopped on her track suddenly and started pulling Shreya at a certain direction.
”Tara...where are you taking me” Shreya asked in a confused tone.
”To meet someone...” Tara chimed happily.
”But the gate is there...” Shreya pointed at a certain direction but before she could finish a furry ball jumped on Tara suddenly, Shreya was startled initially but when she saw the cute dog she melted immediately. Both the girls were playing with the dog for a long time completely ignoring the sullen expression of their boyfriends.
Kian and Satish were getting impatient as the girls were showing no intention to move from their places so Kian and Satish both scooped their girlfriends and ran towards the entrance, Tara and Shreya were visibly disappointed by their gestures but deep inside them a peculiar warmth was spreading all over their body. After getting ready the group of four were ready to rock the party together, Shreya and Satish were wearing custom made retro style clothes whereas Kian was wearing a black tuxedo and Tara was wearing a black cocktail gown.
All of them were chatting with each other happily when a sudden phone call disturbed them. Satish's phone was ringing continuously for the past few minutes but he ignored it as it was an unknown number but when the phone started ringing again he decided to pick up the call.
”Hello....who is it?” Satish said in a slightly irritated tone.
”Accident...” A pathetic voice came from the other side.
”Accident....who is it.... Satarupa is it you” Satish said in a panicked voice.
”Y-Yes...” The call disconnected at that moment.
Satish sat on the ground with a thump he can't believe what just happened everything was looking like a bad dream to him. Shreya and Kian were the first one to understand what exactly happened but Tara was looking at Satish with a complicated expression.
”What happened Satish...” Tara sat beside him and asked him in a low voice.
Tara knew what exactly happened but she was dismissing the thought that something bad happened she was way too afraid of believing the truth so she tried her best to compose herself at that moment.
”Satish I am asking you something.....what exactly happened” Tara asked in a calm voice but only God's knows the storm she was fighting in her heart to stay calm.
