Not long after Lu Zhen returned to the hotel, Wu Yu called. Lu Zhen didn’t answer, so she kept calling.

“How annoying. Can’t she let you rest?!” Sun Xiao gritted her teeth and turned to Lu Zhen. “Zhenzhen, do you want me to turn off your phone?”

Lu Zhen smiled. “No. Let her call. Order food delivery first. I’m going to take a shower. We’ll talk after eating.”

By the time Lu Zhen and Sun Xiao finished eating, Wu Yu had made more than 50 calls. Lu Zhen slowly wiped the corners of her mouth, then calmly picked up her phone and answered the call.

“Lu Zhen! Why aren’t you answering your phone? Do you know how long I’ve been calling? What have you been doing? Where are you now? Tell me quickly!” Wu Yu sounded anxious and angry.

“I’m ready to rest.” Lu Zhen looked at the clock. “It’s after ten. If there’s nothing else, I’ll hang up. I have an advertisement tomorrow and I need to rest. If I’m not in the best of spirits by then and something goes wrong…” Lu Zhen smiled coldly.

Wu Yu didn’t expect Lu to really dare to threaten her! She was the one who refused to answer her calls, but now, she was saying that she was disturbing her rest!

In the past, Lu Zhen wasn’t like this. Even if she went to film with the production team, if Wu Yu asked where she lived, she would answer honestly, unlike now. They couldn’t even see her every day!

Now, she didn’t even pick up the phone. How outrageous!

“I’m not going to waste my breath on you. The press conference is in a few days. I’m afraid you won’t know what to say when the time comes. I’ve already written the script for you. Remember to look at it when it’s sent to your phone. Don’t say anything wrong when the time comes, do you hear me?!” After Wu Yu instructed her, she asked fiercely, “I heard from your sister that her scenes were changed today. Does this have anything to do with you? Did you say something to the director?”
