18 Talking About Luck (1/2)
The few people who came earlier to ridicule Huang Tian for buying the big stones, they were now looking at the jade with greed and envy. No shame could be seen on their faces, they only had one thought in their minds, why did they not buy the big stone? It was them who saw the big stone first, haiz, they were very unlucky. Why did it have to be that stubborn youngster who bought the stone?
The way they looked at Huang Tian now was different from before, though they hated the fact that they didn't get to buy the stone, they could do nothing about it.
They also had some plans in their minds, though it seemed to be a bit risky to deploy their plan, but the risk complemented with the rewards.
High risk high rewards.

If the jade was in a normal grade or a bit high grade, they would've had some chances, but the jade was clearly a very high grade, so high that they would not be able to afford if even if they sold their entire properties plus their 18 generations' properties together. The price was simply too astronomical for them.
One of them suddenly gestured their friends to leave the place, indicating that speaking in the crowd was dangerous and inappropriate.
The group of three men left the crowd.
They arrived at a silent location. The three of them looked at each other solemnly and one of them with a fat body said ”This is our once in a life time chance, we need to grab it carefully.”
”But old fatty, I don't really feel good about this.” The skinny and tall man, Xiang Fu, was holding his fan as he replied back to the fatty.
”Fu Fu, I know that you have a sensitive sixth sense, but this is our only chance. If we let it go, I don't know when the three of us will have the chance enjoy the luxurious life.” The fatty, who seemed to be the boss of the two, replied back with a sour expression.
”What old fatty Pi said is right, but before that, let's investigate them first.” The person who had said this was a man with a shiny bald head with a black spot just right in the middle of his forehead. Though he didn't have any hair on his head, there were still a few strands of hair that grew out from his black spot, everyone called him Hairy Gu. This guy had such an embarrassing nickname yet he didn't dislike it, because he had a superstition that by letting people called him 'Hairy', his bald head would one day grow hair again like people called him.
Strictly speaking, he was a weird fellow. Though weird he might be, he was a cautious man and he didn't talk a lot.
The three people were complexly mismatched with each other from their appearances. They team of three also had a nickname called Fu Pi Gu.
(A/N: Fu means lucky. Pi means Pi Gu= Butt. And Gu is also – butt. So Fu Pi Gu means Lucky As*.)
”Hairy Gu has a point there, let's investigate them first. If they are people from Shanghai then we need to consider further, but if they are from another domain, it should be okay.” Hairy Gu added, of the three people, this Hairy Gu seemed to be the strategist while the other two were generals.
Back at the Jade Market.
Huang Tian and his uncle were having a conversation with the Jade Master, Mr. Fang.
As a quite successful businessman in the society, big uncle Huang had grasped a lot of information about some popular figures, the hidden ones or the public ones, he knew quite a handful of them.
”I've heard a lot about you, Mr. Fang. My friends who are fond with jades would often mention your name, saying you are the only master with the deepest knowledge about jades.” Big uncle Huang said the truth, he really heard a lot about the Jade Master.
”You knew the Jade Master, uncle?” Huang Tian was surprised. But after thinking about, Jade Master must be a popular figure so a businessman like his uncle wouldn't be ignorant about someone like him.
”Ha ha.” Mr. Fang chuckled lightly as he said ”You flatter me there. There are still a lot more masters with more knowledge than me. After all, there'll always be a higher and bigger mountain than the already mentioned one.”
”Mr. Fang is the modest.”
