It’s sukui as in [to pull the rug from under someone (Idiomatic Phrase: Ashimoto o sukuimas.h.i.ta)], And mawata as in [to strangle someone slowly with a silk cord (Idiomatic Phrase: Mawata de kubi o shimeru)] .
(Note: Those aren’t the sole meaning of the respective idioms, but I chose what I think it’d be fit with the context the most)
