”Please enlighten me?” Xiu Mei stood against the door, arms crossed, watching the man standing in front of her with deep frown lines.

Feng Jianyu approached her, snaked his arms around her waist. ”See, how about you eat your breakfast with me first, then we'll go together to Phoenix Enterprises to get your stuff and then finally I'll drive you back to the villa… Sounds good? Or we can do another way, like first get your stuff, then breakfast and then home…”

”My a*s!! Don't you dare step your foot inside Phoenix Enterprises! Did you forget how big of a rival our companies are?” She drowned in utter guilty conscience, her voice dropped down as she reminded him, ”And especially this massive storm of Infinity Software has not calmed down yet; reporters are constantly lurking around our companies for good news. If an employee of Phoenix Enterprises is seen with the big boss of Feng Corporation, this will be the breaking news for the whole week.”

'And X? How will I explain all this to him? And if I didn't, he will surely investigate it himself.' She thought inwardly.

Feng Jianyu laughed at her reasoning and how she reacted while talking about Infinity Software, still guilty struck. ”You have underestimated my capabilities dear.” She frowned at his response and he rubbed his hand on her forehead to straighten the frown lines. ”You really think it's that easy to telecast any news about Feng's? ”Understood, but why so strict rules?” She cannot stop herself from asking. Indeed in the last seven years never for once, she saw his picture in any of his interviews, magazines or newspaper.

It's just, nobody has the right to interfere in my private life and shove their opinions on me. It's my life my way… If they want to write about my business then go ahead but you can't write about my personal life or take a picture of mine without my permission.”

”Hm! Good rule! These media people are sometimes really annoying… It's good you keep them out of your life” she nodded along with him and he asked expectantly, ”So? This means you have no objection if I accompany you?”

Xiu Mei ”….” She steps back from his arms before talking to him….

”Wait! I have got a better idea. How about I'll leave right now, get my stuff and return back ASAP, as my company is just five minutes distance from here. Then we'll eat breakfast together and head back to the villa. Right?” She hits her head while she recalls something, ”And yes, my clothes… I don't have any clothes here to freshen up. Last night I must have sweated a lo...…. Ouchhh”

Suddenly somebody opens the door from the outside and since her back was against the door, it hit her hard causing her to crash back in Feng Jianyu's arms. Reflexively he holds her firmly and rubbed her head, ”Are you hurt?”

”No… I'm fine”

He narrowed his eyes at the door, set ablaze; ready to burn off the person on the spot who dared to hurt her. No matter even if it's done by mistake, he is done for now. The person who enters through the door was none other than his secretary Rong Xiang.

Rong Xiang was surprised to see a woman in his boss' office and that too in his boss' arms. This could be the next breaking news if it got leaked out that Feng Corporation's big Boss was found hugging a woman. Don't know how many women's heart will shatter at this news.
