”Come! What are you waiting for? Christmas?” Gently holding her hand, Xion pulled her into the lift with him. But Xiu Mei's body was stiffened, refused to budge an inch from its position. She woke up from her dilemma when a heavy warning comes from the phone she was still holding onto her ear.

”Ask that jerk to let go your hand, otherwise I'm going to chop his hands off”

Reflexively she pulled her hands out from Xion's grip, oblivious that her gesture was too harsh. The charming smile on Xion's face flew away, replacing it with a frown and curious gaze. ”What's wrong? Is there an issue?”

The enthusiasm in Xiu Mei's eyes was long died because of these two irritating men who are too much of a problem right now. Rubbing down the frown lines on her forehead, she picked her bag from the floor and looked at Xion apologetically. ”Um… Actually I can't go with you on a chopper”

”Why?”

”Because… Due to severe indigestion in the past days, my stomach churns at the thought of flying high in the air. I don't want to puke one more time, please….”

Xion's lips pressed into a thin line looking at her pity expression. ”Alright!”

Xiu Mei wanted to take a silent sigh of relief but the very next sentence of Xion snatched that opportunity from her. ”I will drop you by car”

”No… No more discussion. How can…..”

***BEEP*** BEEP*** before Xion could complete his sentence someone honked. Mei's face turned pale hearing this familiar sound…. The sound of her car honk….

'Monster… you did it deliberately!! Enjoying this? Huh?' She looked at the car and cursed him a thousand times.

”That's your car? You are not alone? Who's sitting inside?” Before Xion could stride towards her car she stood in front of him and smiled. ”It's ok, that's my new friend. Probably she's irritated by waiting too long. I should better get going.”

”Really? Your friend? How about an introduction than?” Xion's brows perked up that she made a new friend. Knowing her reserved personality and antisocial nature, she never did it in the past. Then what's so good about this new girl that she befriended her all of a sudden. Pushing her out of his way, Xion walked towards the car to clear the suspicion.

In the car, Feng Jianyu gave a smug smile when he noticed Lu Xion is approaching the car for an introduction. Due to his lips reading skills he was already aware of what they talked about a moment ago. 'Great! Let's get over with this cat and mouse game, Lu Xion…. Let me apprise you personally that she's mine, only mine… forever and ever. Let me warn you personally, that you are not allowed to have any parallel thoughts about my woman. Otherwise.....'

As the two alpha males were approaching closer, she could feel the impending danger coming closer.
