As the time passed by, they don't know for how long they snuggled in each other's arms. For Xiu Mei, she keeps on rubbing her face over his chest now and then to get her itchy bandage off, thinking this way she can innocently claim that the bandage came off on its own.
”Chipmunk, be good! I know what you are trying to do”
Hearing his stern voice Xiu Mei was jolted for a second and stopped snuggling anymore. She shook her head vehemently. ”Nothing…. I was only snuggling. But if you don't like it I'll NEVER DO IT AGAIN”
Feng Jianyu ”….” 'What the hell! Which man doesn't like to cuddle up with his woman? How did it backfire on me? She was obviously trying to take off her bandages…. Argh… Mei, sometimes you are too smart for your own good.'
Hiding her devilish smile and acting innocent she tried to roll down from Jianyu's body, but instead, he turned over to lie on top of her once again. Supporting his body weight with his right elbow he looked at her devilishly.
”Really? Snuggling, huh? Do you think I'm a fool? I cannot see through your plan? Wait, I'll show you what Feng Jianyu is!” He started tickling her on her waist and stomach and Xiu Mei cannot help but shout, laugh, giggle and rolls over the bed to make him stop.
”Stop! Stop! Stop! Please! Ahh…Sorry…. Fine, I admit defeat.”
”Will, you ever stop snuggling against me?”
”Only if you ever want me to st....”
”Huhhhh??” His stern voice roared which made her change the answer, ”No… I will snuggle against you daily. Happy?”
Getting the desired answer he pecked her on each cheek, ”Very happy, love… From tomorrow, two hours of snuggle daily. Later I'll increase the duration to four hours.” He declared as he held on to her shoulders to pull her up.
Xiu Mei ”….” 'why four? why not spend the entire life with me on bed?' she humoured but did not dare to voice out her thoughts, what if he likes the idea!!
”Get up now. I'll help you brush your teeth and bath” Holding her in his arms he took her inside the bathroom and makes her sit over the bathroom counter.
Xiu Mei ”....” 'Help to bath!!?? How can he say it so calmly! Did he forgot our physical structure is different!? I'am a woman!' Swaying her legs in the air she felt shy to talk to him about the issue.
”Brushing teeth is fine, but…..”
”But what?” While setting the temperature of the bathtub, he asked.
When Xiu Mei heard the sound of rushing water in the bathtub, her face turned crimson red. ”Umm… C-Can you please call Aunt Mary to help me?”
He turned to look at the shy girl sitting on the counter, ”Why? What Aunt Mary can do that I can't?”
”Oh please! There is a difference!”
”Explain”
”Feng Jianyu, Aunt Mary is a woman, so am I. How can a man help me to bath?”
”Mei, what kind of logic is this? I'm not just any man but the one with whom you are in a relationship with. If I won't take care of you than who would? It's my duty, my right, my responsibility and everything.” He went to her and patted her head. ”And trust me, I won't do anything else but just help you with the bath. Don't feel uncomfortable in my presence!”
