Hearing Feng Jin she promptly took out her laptop to check the distance Feng Jianyu was supposed to cover in order to come under the range. Although risky, his strategy was indeed correct and the last available option in this situation.

If 'Jieshu' cannot move from its position then move the console to bring it under range. She saw he was supposed to cover the distance of 260m to catch up to 'Jieshu'. But only the last remaining box was left and the metal ball was hidden right behind it.

Slowly the distance started reducing but Xiu Mei heartbeat was rising with every passing second. She was not worried about anything but her husband. He was painstakingly giving his hundred percent in the success of this mission. With trembling hands, she picked Jianyu's console and connected it with Rong Xiang's Jieshu.

Now for that single Jieshu they have two consoles, one with Feng Jianyu and another one with Xiu Mei. The distance reduced from 260…. 220…. 180….. 120….. 60….. STOPPED!

By now, everyone was done with their consoles and looking carefully at Xiu Mei's laptop. Their breath hitched when the distance stopped at 60 metre.

”What happened? Why it's not moving beyond 60 metre?”

”S*it! They have lifted up the final box….”

'Jianyu… please be safe!' Xiu Mei didn't pay attention to whatever everyone was saying. Her eyes were glued to the number '60' on screen.

Lu Xion saw Xiu Mei's sad face, her tight jaw, and drooping mouth. He itched to go forward and caress her back to console her, but with what right? Clenching his fists tightly he closed his eyes for a second before opening them sharply. His gaze turned destructive as his hands reached for the gun, ready to jump on the field to find Feng Jianyu.

”Hey, it's moving!” Before Lu Xion could take a step Xin shrieked loudly.

Wang Shi frowned, ”But why is it moving so fast? This speed is practically inhuman….” Wang Shi has not even completed his sentence when the console came within the range. Xiu Mei instantly pulled back the Jieshu from the trolly and rolled it behind another box, out of the range of enemies.

She was still looking for a computer to attach it when Lu Xion saw Feng Jin and Wang Shi sharing glance. There was obvious tension on their face hinting Lu Xion that something was not right on Feng Jianyu's side.

He got up to jump out of the truck and patted on Wang Shi's shoulder to hint him to wait here with everyone else. On getting a thumbs up from Wang Shi, Lu Xion and Feng Jin got down from the truck to look for Feng Jianyu.

They thought Xiu Mei didn't notice anything being busy in her laptop. But she realized something was off when the last 60 meters was covered at an inhuman speed. Unbeknownst to them, she calculated the speed, it was 41m/s. This equals to the speed of throwing a ball, probably Jianyu got into some trouble and threw the console in the air to bring it into the range.

Rubbing her sweaty palm on the dress she got back to work silently. If this failed, Jianyu's efforts would waste too. Moreover, she was aware that Lu Xion and Feng Jin are no ordinary people, they will definitely return back with Jianyu.

As expected, after 30 minutes they saw all three walking towards the truck from a distance.

”Jianyu!” Xiu Mei heaved a sigh of relief on finding him safe and sound.

Afraid she will jump off from the truck to walk up to him he smiled and gave a thumbs up. ”I'm fine, love. Relax” On reaching the truck he said.
