After his brief introduction, Country B's Foreign Minister gave a speech to welcome everyone and mentioned the country's extraordinary resources in mining to attract investment.
Many delegates came to give a speech on behalf of their companies and demonstrated their upcoming products or new inventions. Everyone was free to ask questions or check the working of the product personally if they want to. If the delegates see any potential in the product they note down the details about it forward it to their planning and research department for thorough analysis and future prospects.
Getting an on-spot business offer was like a dream for many but until now no product managed to get it. After all, it's money they are talking, without proper analysis how can someone invest their millions of dollars.

Just as Phoenix Enterprises's name was announced, a large table was set up where the delegates were seated so that they can see the products closely that were about to be showcased.
Four men came carried a two feet machine covered in white silk cloth followed by another man who brought another product on a tray equally covered in white silk cloth.
Everyone's curiosity was at peak looking at this new set up as other companies demonstrated their products on stage but Phoenix Enterprises was fearlessly demonstrating it amongst the delegates. Isn't it overconfidence? What in the world do they think is so good about their products?!!
The foreign delegates were looking forward to this new invention as PE is known as the pioneering industry in Artificial Intelligence. However PE's rivals were gossiping amongst each other, they were desperately looking forward for a grand failure to pull down PE from its position.
