5 Chapter 5 Reality Check (1/2)
Tuesday morning 5:10am
Waking up to the systems alarm Theodore greets the system ”Morning System”
[Don't refer to me in such friendly manner and your late by 10 minutes]
With a touch of annoyance in his voice ”You know system, morning would do just fine”
He flung his blanket off, got off his comfortable bed and went to get ready for his workout. Getting to the park he puts his hood up and began his work.
7:10am Theodore has given himself a break, taking deep breaths ”huh huh WHAT THE FUCK!! why is this not getting easier, sure it's been one day but I have a system. In the novels I've read, the protagonist gets a system and felt like exercising is easy after the first day. Why do feel I still feel like crap?”
[Host even someone as dumb as you, should know the difference between reality and fantasy]
”Shut up! I know the difference but seriously why is this so hard”
[Then give up]
”Fuck you!, I'm not going bald for your entertainment” he took his anger redirected it into his workout.
Another Hour past and once again Theodore is drained of all of the once existing will power, losing the strength in his legs he slowly lowered his body and face towards the ground.
He felt the short bristles of green grass brush against his face and the dry gritty dirt press into his face. He led silently with his eyes closed ”I'll just have a Little nap.”

Theodore got off the ground after treating himself to a twenty minute nap, he attempts to appease some of the pain with some stretchers.
On his way way home he comes to a sudden stop and remembered what the system had said about knowing the difference between reality and fantasy and exclaimed 'This whole time I've just been expecting the system to fix everything but I forgot that my system only decreases the time it takes to accomplish something'
Coming into touch with reality, he understands the reason for why his workout is not getting easier even though he has a system. In reality if a person was to attempt to become fit and healthy they would be instantly told that just exercising wouldn't cut it, they need to look at the food they eat.
Theodore is considered a bony and lanky teen and this comes with one advantage, that being having a small amount belly fat thus making getting a model like abs faster, even now Theodore has a slight outline of a two pack.
Just as there is a advantage there are disadvantages but they outweigh it, one of the biggest problem with being skinny is that they have weak immune system. Two is that there isn't enough fat in the body, fat producers estrogen and this normally associated with women but men also have it.
Estrogen is needed to keep bones healthy and without estrogen the bones become brittle and prone to breakage. Luckily for him he has not done any weight training yet.
Theodore current problem is that his workout is not giving the results he was expecting. The reason for this is that he isn't eating enough to stimulate muscle growth it also makes him more tired.
Turning back around, he stops at the grocer's. Picking up a trolley he walks towards the automatic door, stepping in pulls out his phone to connect the open WiFi and searches the internet for hight protein food. Theodore wanders around the shop looking down at his phone, lifting his head a satisfied smile shown plastered across his face ”I thought I was gonna struggle eating healthy”.
