60 Chapter 59 Another One (1/2)

Now I have a major problem, I don't have the tablespace for such a thing, nor do I have the seats for the amount coming.

'I have about 40 minutes left before Liz a Sarah turn up. Megan, Sophia and Rose will turn up at a similar time. There's also the kids that makes 8 people I need to find a larger table with 8 seats. Hmm, think...The circular dining table can be just for the kids. I can get the metal fold up table just for adults but I still need two other seats, looks I'll have to go shopping'

Leaving the house, in my suit with the sleeves rolled up no jacket, showing the scar underneath and putting on sunglasses I catch a taxi to town.

Getting off at a local furniture shop I began to scour the place looking for chairs. After a minute of speed walking around the shop I found some classy modernised steel silver and black leather metal fold up chairs.

I was about to pick up eight of them seeing as it would be better if the chairs matched but I was distracted by one of the shop's staff giving an introduction to a table for a customer.

The table was a transforming table, it had the ability to fold up and expand to the size needed. It had black stainless steel look that would fit well with the chairs.

After the staff left with the customers I walked up to one of the thin boxes contains it and saw that it was cheap. Picking it up with one hand and eight fold-up chairs on the other, I made my way to the cashier.

I got a lot of weird looks but I didn't care I just wanted to get home and celebrate Megan's success. Ten minutes later I got back home and tore open the box.

Moving the circular table away I began to put the table up. It took some fidgeting but eventual a long black table for 8 people stood.

After setting the table was just to wait for the food to finish cooking. While it was cooking I went and took a shower. I got changed into black jeans and a bright blue shirt to match.

After changing I sat around waiting for the others. About five minutes later I hear the door open and the sound of women and children chatting.

I then see Emily and Chloe ran at me and jumped up to sit next to me. Sitting on my left and right I listen to them brag about how fun school was, and that all their friends and classmates love Frozen.

They were treated like celebrities among their peers for being in the movie. I can see that they really enjoy the attention. Even the normally shy Chloe bragged about how everyone wanted them to sing.

Megan and Girls said ”Hi” and talked amongst themselves. I waited for them to finish talking but I forgot that these women never stop talking.

So I was forced to rudely interrupt them ”Sorry but I need to say that I have two friends coming over for dinner as well”

They froze and looked at me with a dead eyes and said ”What are their names”

I bluntly said ”Sarah and Elizabeth, Elizabeth prefers to be called Liz”

The girls looked at each other like they understood something.

Rose: 'Two women, how are we gonna deal with this'

Megan: 'We can't do anything, Theo said their friends and friends to Theo means a lot, he wouldn't be happy if we make things difficult for them'
