A mountainous giant fell back as the light faded from his eyes and a finger-size hole bore through his forehead.

Around him were corpses from many races, each one distinct from the other.

The only thing they had in common was the fact that they were all strong and powerful cultivators, their blood essence didn't disperse after death but instead gathered together into a pool of blood that soaked their bodies in it.

In the midst of the bloody battlefield, a skeleton was treading across the pool surface, it looked glanced around and mumbled curiously, "Strange, why are these guys swarming over at me? I'm not a treasure or anything, what interest do they have in me?"

The skeleton was none other than Zhong Yue. He still hadn't reacquired his 'past life's' mortal body and was still holding in his skeleton form. On his way here, he had encountered more than a dozen battles, the Qi Practitioners were trying to take him down for no reason, forcing him to fight back in self-defence.

Thus, a trail of corpses was left behind as he traveled.

"Let the soul return!" As Zhong Yue snapped his fingers, totem patterns rushed out and formed a huge drum that thrummed heavily. Ghost fire hovered above the corpses, imbuing the scattered soul of the dead within.

This is the [Drum of Dusk], a skill Zhong Yue learned in the Bone Realm. It can summon the dead's scattered soul to interrogate information out from them.

The Bone Realm's cultivation techniques were usually soul-related, and for him to linger in here for more than 85 years with the dead Prison Realm Realm Lord's cultivation heritage, how could he not learn a thing or two?

"Have you seen these two ladies?" Zhong Yue's psyche visualized Qiu Jin'er's and Jun Sixie's image before them and asked the scattered souls.

The scattered souls shook their head and Zhong Yue frowned. All of a sudden, a loud din reverberated the sky and the ghost fire containing the scattered souls flashed across the sky and disappeared into the clouds.

The loud din came from the Soul Reaping Bell, calling for the souls of the dead to be returned to Hell.

After the loud din, the silhouette of a Gui Shen Celestial Race's Heavenly Deity emerged in the sky. His body was flickering as though he was situated in a different dimension. The Heavenly Deity smiled at Zhong Yue and warned, "Hey, skeleton, do not interfere with the duties of Hell, or die with no mercy!"

Although Hell was in close relation to the six realms, it was actually in a different dimension than the real world. Zhong Yue was already interfering with the duties of Hell when he cast the [Drum of Dusk] and halted the souls that were meant to return.

Even though this was a forbidden land to the Prison Realm experts, it was nothing to those in Hell as they were in a different dimension. But that at the same time prevented the Hell gods from plundering the treasures of the Ancient Land of the God Graves as they couldn't enter the real world's dimension.

Zhong Yue bowed and apologized, he then took out a divine weapon from his Yuan Shen secret realms and handed it over, "May the honourable god forgive my wrongdoings."

The Heavenly Deity glanced around furtively and in the blink of an eye, kept the divine weapon into his Yuan Shen secret realms. He then put up a stern face and said solemnly, "You will only be spared once. Also, try not to kill too many. It's only days and you've already killed far too much in far too little time. Careful as their teachers and seniors would come to avenge them! You can find me the next time when you run into trouble!"

As soon as he finished saying, the Heavenly Deity of Hell faded away.

This brat, he has already extorted me a dozen times.  Zhong Yue shrugged as he thought.

Every time after a battle, he would cast the [Drum of Dusk] to interrogate the Qi Practitioners' soul for Qiu Jin'er and Jun Sixie. And every time it would be this Gui Shen Celestial Race's Heavenly Deity that appeared to warn him, stating that he would not be spared the next time over and over again.

However, he would be spared once he offered another divine weapon to the Heavenly Deity. Zhong Yue has practically made friends with the Heavenly Deity, one way or the other.

Fortunately, although the Heavenly Deity had plundered a dozen divine weapons from him, Zhong Yue still had enough divine weapons to offer to the Heavenly Deity. After all, most of the divine weapons had come from the Qi Practitioners he killed anyway.

Then, a Six Path Wheel condensed within the purplish rays; followed by another marvelous Six Path Wheel from the marvellous light rays, a demon Six Path Wheel from the demonic clouds and demonic rays, and a rainbow Six Path Wheel from the rainbow bridge.

Qi Practitioners descended down from the sky and surrounded Zhong Yue in the centre.

Four Qi Practitioners who've opened the Bloodline Secret Realm and cultivated the Six Path Wheel?

Zhong Yue was surprised, even in the Prison Realm, there were only a handful who had done it. He encountered two himself, one was Li Tianxing and the other was the young Qi Practitioner who engaged him and the Reverse Emperor on the godly bridge.

But who knew that he was now beleaguered in the middle by four Qi Practitioners who've cultivated the Six Path Wheel!
