Wen Ren Xi’s back is on the wall, she feels the weight of his head on her shoulder.

They both are silent. After a while, Wen Ren Xi speaks up. “We should go back.”

Jing Yi raises up his head and holds Wen Ren Xi’s shoulder, he looks at her on the eyes.

“Xiao Xi….”

“Xian Sheng, Tai Tai, the dinner is ready. Old Madame asks me to call you guys.”

Jing Yi stops talking.

Jing Yi stands up straight and holds Wen Ren Xi’s hand.

Wen Ren Xi looks at their holding hands, her heart is beating so fast. She feels the impulse to hug him back. But she just closes her eyes and calms herself down.

On the wedding day, he left her to get on the ambulance. Old Madame Wen Ren’s words are true. It will happen for the second time. She thinks she might not have power to experience that for the second time. In his heart, Su Mei will be more important than her forever.

Inside the living room.

Old Madame Jing notices that Wen Ren Xi and Jing Yi are holding hand. She is so happy about it.

On the dinning table, Jing Bo Yuan is taking care of Ye Qing Xin well, he doesn’t even give her chance to pick her own food.

Jing Suo Suo looks at them, she feels that she cannot endure their romantic gesture.

Jing Yi also notices Jing Bo Yuan and Ye Qing Xin’s romantic interaction. So he just picks several favorite food of Wen Ren Xi for her.

Wen Ren Xi looks at Jing Yi.

“What do you want to eat, you can tell me, I will pick it up for you.” He says close to her ear.

Wen Ren Xi just moves away and says: “No need.”

Her disaffection makes Jing Yi once more feels heartbroken. He holds her hand.

Wen Ren Xi just lets him be.

Afterwards, she eats only a little food. Jing Yi picks a lot of food for her but she seems not to touch it.

The snow is falling heavily outside so the land is full of white things.

After the dinner, Jing family members accompany Wen Ren family’s member to the living room to chat.

The elders of Wen Ren are indifferent but both sons and their daughter-in-law are quite friendly. The atmosphere is lively.

Ye Qing Xin goes to Jing Bo Yuan’s old bedroom to feed the triplet. After that the babies have a shower. Jing Bo Yuan comes to the room when the babies are having their shower.

The babies are almost five months. Three of them are clever and have a lot of expressions and movement.

“Why are you here? Are they going back to their room now?”

It’s snowing so heavily, Jing family shouldn’t allow Wen Ren family to go home now.

“Em.” Jing Bo Yuan takes Nian Nian and places him on his thigh. Nian Nian seems to be so happy that he smiles and laughs. He even claps.

Jing Bo Yuan smiles gently.

Zhao Zhao and Mu Mu are laying side by side. Ye Qing Xin switches off the main light and just turns on the bedside lamp.

“Okay, it’s late. Xiao Jia Huo (Kids) you should sleep.” Then Ye Qing Xin takes Nian Nian from Jing Bo Yuan and lets him lay down too.

“Sleep, Xiao Jia Huo.” Ye Qing Xin kisses each one of them.

Nian Nian and Mu Mu are still excited. They keep on waving their hands and keep on making different sound. Mu Mu just yawns and sleeps.

Ye Qing Xin just comes out after having a shower, she notices that Mu Mu is sleeping. Nian Nian and Zhao Zhao are still waving their hands and kicking their legs. Jing Bo Yuan is sitting down on a chair and teasing them.

At first she wanted to sleep earlier but watching the interaction between father and son, she doesn’t have heart to stop them. She just quietly takes out her phone and earphone to learn Germany.

After a period of time learning, Ye Qing Xin’s ability of speaking Germany has improved a lot. For simple daily speaking, she has no trouble.

She is learning Germany, not only for improving her own skills but also because Jing Yan is cooperating with several Germany company.

Old Madame Yan keeps on saying that she will handle Jing Yan, Jing Yan will be Ye Qing Xin’s, so she thinks of preparing herself.

Nian Nian and Zhao Zhao start to yawn.

Ye Qing Xin notices that the babies are falling asleep. She is prompted by a sudden impulse that she says in German. “They want to sleep, go and have a shower.”

Jing Bo Yuan looks at her and answers back in German: “I’ll wait till they are asleep.”

His pronunciation and tone are accurate. Ye Qing Xin pouts: “One day, I’ll be better than you.”

Jing Bo Yuan smiles: “You have a motivation, I’ll wait for it.”

This time, Jing Bo Yuan’s phone vibrates.

Jing Bo Yuan answers the call. Then he stands up: “Er Shu is looking for me, I’ll go over a while. Sleep early.”

Ye Qing Xin nods.

Jing Bo Yuan kisses her lips then leaves.

In the study room.

Jing Yi is sitting down on the sofa and smokes his cigarette. Jing Bo Yuan opens the door to come in. He notices the strong smoke inside the room.

“Er Shu’s tobacco addiction is going strong.” He comes over and sits down in front of Jing Yi.

Jing Yi says: “You and your wife’s relationship is really good.”

Jing Bo Yuan raises up his eyebrow and smiles. He just waits for Jing Yi’s next words.

“Tell me how do you get a woman’s heart.” Jing Yi says.

He throws the cigarette box toward Jing Bo Yuan.

The time he was together with Su Mian, he never has a hard time. They never fight with each other so he didn’t need to pamper her. Now he doesn’t know how to let Wen Ren Xi likes him.

“Er Shu seems to forget. I stop smoking.” Jing Bo Yuan sits down on the sofa.

“Xin Xin said smoking harms the lung. She asked me to stop smoking. Afterwards she was pregnant, she couldn’t smell the smoke so I just stop.” Jing Bo Yuan says: “You don’t need to do anything, you can follow your own inclinations. When you care about someone, you naturally will remember what she said to you. When she is in hard moment, you will want to help her to solve it. When she is by your side, without you knowing, you want to do something for her….”

Someone says when you love someone, you unconsciously when to do something for that. You will fear if you cannot do anything for him.

Jing Yi returns back to the room. Wen Ren Xi is leaning on the head of a bed and listening to the music.

She looks at him calmly and says nothing. She doesn’t say anything like “you are back.”

They now look like strangers living in a house.

Jing Yi looks the table beside the bed, he comes over and asks her: “Do you want to drink water again? I will help you to take it.”

Wen Ren Xi lays down and puts her back facing him. “No need, I want to sleep.”

JIng Yi watches her for a while and takes the glass out.

The time he goes upstair again, he is holding a thermos and glass. The glass is full of water. He thinks that if Wen Ren Xi is thirsty, she can drink the hot water from the thermos.

Wen Ren Xi closes her eyes and listens to Jing Yi’s action. She covers her face with the blanket. She notices that the blanket is full of his scent. It makes her even upset.

After a while, Jing Yi turns off the light and hugs her from the back.

Wen Ren Xi struggles but it’s useless so she just let it be.

In the dark, that man’s breath turns steady and shallow. Wen Ren Xi opens up her eyes. She suddenly thinks of a sentence. “Share the same bed but dream different dreams- strange bedfellows”.

That sentence really suits her and Jing Yi’s situation.

In the middle of the night, Wen Ren Xi wakes up. Her throat feels dry. She wants to sit up but that man is holding her tightly so she can only wake him up.

Jing Yi wakes up and opens up his eyes.

“I am thirsty.”

“Lay down don’t move.” Jing Yi stands up quickly and pours a hot water from the thermos to the glass. He tries out the temperature first. It’s good.

Wen Ren Xi lays down and watches at him. She feels complicated.

The next morning.

Because of the snow last night, the ground is covered with thick layers of snow.
