It’s lucky that both mother and child are saved.

The operating surgeon sighs: “Luckily we can save them, if not we might be in a bad and hard situation.”

“Why?” The nurse is confused.

“She is…..” The operating surgeon wants to answer but he seems to remember something. He just shakes his head. “Nothing, do the follow up check up and keep observing her.”

In a deep night.

Ji Yi stays to watch the child for a while and pays for the fees. Then she returns to the waiting room outside of the delivery room. Jing Bo Yuan is there too.

“There’s no use of waiting here, you guys should go home and rest. I and Pa will stay here and keep on monitoring of the situation.”

It’s already a daybreak.

“I also will stay here. Xiao Xi is a woman. You guys are men, it’ll be inconvenient.” Ji Yi suggests.

“Ma, you can go back and rest. Let me stay here and take care of her.” Jing Fen Fen says; “You are not young anymore, it’s not good to stay late at night. I can do it.”

“Okay.” Ji Yi feels that her head is about to explode, today indeed there’re too many things going on. “Ma, Wen Ren Shen Shen (Old Madame Wen Ren) let’s go home first. Sleep and come back here tomorrow morning.”

“I’ll not leave.” Old Madame Wen Ren says: “I want to wait till Xiao Xi comes out. My daughter is still inside, how can I leave?”

“Wen Ren Nai Nai, you should have a rest. I’ll watch over her, it’ll be okay. You are old how can you stay till late, it might affect your health. If you are sick, how can you take care of Er Shen?’

Several of them persuade the elders so finally Old Madame Wen Ren and Old Madame Jing go home to have a rest.

Ye Qing Xin and several others also come back to Jing family residence. It’s already 02:00 a.m. she feels so tired. She looks at the kids for a while and goes to sleep.

At 06:00 a.m., she is awake because of the crying sound of the baby.

Nian Nian and Zhao Zhao are hungry. Ye Qing Xin is too tired. Someone knocks on the door and she says: “Come in.”

Wang Yi, Sun Yi, and Li Yi comes inside and brings the bottle of milk for the baby.

The triplet are seven month old. Their appetite are bigger than before. Ye Qing Xin has difficulty to produce milk to support for their appetite. It’s not enough to feed the three babies so now they drink baby powder milk too.

The triplet sits down side-by-side on their bed. They are holding the bottle and drinking the milk. They are satisfied.

Ye Qing Xin goes to get ready. The time she is done, the triplet have finished their milk. Nian Nian and Zhao Zhao are unwilling to let go of the bottle, they keep on holding to it while Wang Yi and Li Yi put on the pants for them.

Mu Mu has put down his bottle. He looks at Ye Qing Xin, he is watching her for a while and then he smiles cutely.

Ye Qing Xin comes over. “Let me put the pants on for him.”

Sun Yi moves aside. Mu Mu keeps on watching his mother. He looks happy.

Ye Qing Xin let him lays down and helps him put it on.

“Ay’–” Nian Nian looks that Mama helps his Di Di, and snorts at her. He looks like he is protesting. He lets go of the bottle and extends both of his arms to Ye Qing Xin as a sign for Ye Qing Xin to hold him.

Ye Qing Xin’s heart melts. She feels all her worries are gone just by looking at her kids. She is faced with another trouble, she doesn’t know who should she hold. Everyone is cute.

Jing Bo Yuan gets inside the room. Ye Qing Xin is holding Nian Nian and getting ready to go down. She notices the tired Jing Bo Yuan so she passes Nian Nian to Wang Yi and says: “Take them to go down first.”

The three nannies take the triplet down.

The time the door is closed, Ye Qing Xin asks. “How is the condition at the hospital?”

Today is the first day of the lunar year, Jing family should be full of joy……

“Er Shu is still inside the operating room to wait the doctor from America. Er Shen and the child are in stable condition.” Jing Bo Yuan tidies up Ye Qing Xin’s collar and pats her shoulder. “Though we have bad event this year, but we still pass the year. Go down stair and eat breakfast. Then pass the red envelope to everyone.”

“Em, have a rest.”

Ye Qing Xin goes out of the room. Inside the living room, there are Ye Lin, Ye Qing Guo, and triplets. Everyone else are still sleeping. The maids knows that Jing family has experienced a rough start for the New Year so the atmosphere is quite tense.

Ye Qing Xin takes out the prepared red envelope from a cupboard and claps her hand. “Everyone, though our family has experienced a bit of trouble. But this year I hope that everyone can pass this year happily. Guan Jia (butler), these are red envelope everyone. Please distribute it to everyone. Everyone has their own part.”

“Thank you Tai Tai.” The maids are thankful.

“Biao Sao, do I still have my part?” Ye Lin raises up his head and look at her.

Ye Qing Xin smiles: “Last night I gave it one to you.”

Ye Lin blushes: “I just ask again.”

Ye Qing Guo suddenly makes a noise: “You lose again, how can you be so stupid?”

He hasn’t finished his shooting but the production company gives five days off for the actors and actresses.

Ye Lin and Ye Qing Guo are playing a simple game. Because Ye Lin is paying attention to Ye Qing Xi, he loses the game.

Ye Qing Xin just smiles and lets both boys play by themselves.

After the breakfast, Ye Qing Xin goes upstair to take her own coat. Jing Bo Yuan is sleeping so she goes out of the room with effort to make a light noise. Old Madame Jing and Ji Yi are awake and getting ready to go to the hospital. Three of them go together.

Inside Wen Ren Xi’s sickroom.

Jing Fen Fen is laying down on the sofa and covering her body with the blanket.

Three of them open the door and it wakes her up. Looking at they are her own family, she just continues her sleep.

Wen Ren Xi hasn’t wake up so Ji Yi stays inside the sickroom. Ye Qing Xin and Old Madame Jing go to the pediatric department to visit the child.

They only see the baby from the glass outside the room. With a glance, they can recognize Wen Ren Xi’s baby easily. He is the smallest and weakest one.

Old Madame Jing cannot help but to feel so sad.

A miserable child.

A nurse comes out from the room and Old Madame Jing comes toward her. “Hu Shi, how is my grandson’s condition? The smallest baby.”

The nurse turns her head to look at the smallest baby. She says “Currently he is stable. We cannot guarantee what will happen in the future. But don’t worry, we will try hard to take a good care of him.”

“Sorry to trouble you, you guys should keep his life.”

“We will try hard.”

They return to the sickroom and notices Wen Ren’s family members are there too. They are sitting down on the sofa quietly, no one talks.

Old Madame Wen Ren is sitting down beside the bed and holds Wen Ren Xi’s hand. Her tears keep falling down too.

Everyone is silent.
