”Don't worry, I was just kidding. Relax, Zoey.” Nickel really loves seeing her inanimate expression whenever he teases her. It was like he can read his mind through her face.
”If you don't want to tell me what you did that night, its alright. Thank you by the way.” Nickel closed the folder that he pretends to read and proceeds to his next meeting.
Due to his absences, he needs to catch up with all the deals and meetings that froze because of his one-week hiatus.
Aside from that, due to the upcoming holidays accounting department needs to post all the journal entries and reconciliations before to catch up to the company's flow. All in all, no one noticed that the summer outing is fast approaching.

Not until then that all in ASC remembered the event. That night after Zoey arrived home, she started packing her things and prepares her luggage. She is really excited for Saturday because, for the first time after almost nine years, she will see and feel the sands under her feet. ”Happy, I'll be leaving you this weekend to your Lolo and Lola, okay? Mommy will have a short vacation. So, you have been a very good baby to them, okay my lovey Happy?” Zoey reminded her dog.
”I'm excited!” she enthusiastically said. Although she traveled mostly during summer around Montana, it is still different compared to the festivities happened here in the Philippines. Summer is one of her most awaited seasons since childhood aside from Christmas and New Year.
Saturday.
It is supposed to be a happy day for Zoey but because was too excited for their vacation she stayed awake until three in the morning. Her mind could sleep a wink because she keeps on imagining what will she do or what will happened to their out of town team building.
It is perhaps reasonable for Zoey to be like this because it is her first time to attend this kind of event that her employer initiate. Mostly when she was still in Montana, they will only allow them to have a holiday break and gives them time to be with their families but as for Zoey's case, she only stayed at home and lurk all day long.
