Lin Tian Yu sneered upon seeing that the person in front of her could not come out with an answer. It was fortunate that she had not given a call to her parents and informed them of Mingyue's situation. Or else, she did not know how she should explain things.

”Then, let me ask you something,” Lin Tian Yu raised her head to meet Yang Yun's gaze. ”What if Mingyue wake up, but she still could not remember you or her past? What would you do?”

”I will not leave her side,” Yang Yun answered without any hesitation. ”If she could not remember her past, then, I will stay here and accompany her.”

Lin Tian Yu watched him dubiously. ”You're not going to drag her away and return?”

”If I wanted to do that, then, I would have done so once I found Mingyue,” Yang Yun said. ”I would not stay around, trying to make Mingyue trust me and help her to recover her past.”

Lin Tian Yu opened her mouth to say more but stopped when she saw Yang Yun's unwavering gaze. From the look in his eyes as he talked about her sister, Lin Tian Yu could see how much Yang Yun care and love for her sister.

His gaze... every time Yang Yun looked at her sister, Lin Tian Yu could see that it was similar to the way she looked at Xue Yi Ming. Yang Yun's gaze was probably more profound than hers.

However, the things that Yang Yun and the others told her was a bit too much to process. Lin Tian Yu was not convinced.

Lin Tian Yu massaged her temple as she stood up. ”Forget it. Yang Yun, you should return with Xue Yi Ming, and Li Ran first.”

”Mingyue's sister,” Yang Yun called. ”Mingyue is an important person to me. She's my wife. I will not leave her.”

”We still did not know Mingyue's condition,” Lin Tian Yu said. ”What if she could not remember you? What if Mingyue did not want to see you? The doctor said that there is a possibility that my sister passed out due to too many stimulations. Since it was that way, I do not want my sister to see you when she wakes up, lest she'll get upset.”

Yang Yun stood up to protest, but Li Ran put his hand on his shoulder and pushed him down.

”Whatever it is, we'll say it after Lin Mingyue woke up,” Li Ran said. ”If she regains her memory, Lin Mingyue will request to see you. Then, Lin Tian Yu will have no reason to stop you from seeing her.”

Lin Tian Yu heard Li Ran's words and shot an angry look at him.

Seeing that Lin Tian Yu might lash out in anger, Xue Yi Ming heaved a long sigh. ”Let's go back,” Xue Yi Ming said to Yang Yun. ”You have been looking after Lin Mingyue all night. You barely sleep. Let's go back and come here again after you freshen up.” He leaned towards Yang Yun as the man did not look like he was going to leave. ”You don't want your wife to see you in your current state, right?”

Yang Yun hesitated. Then, he nodded to Xue Yi Ming and stood up as well.

”I'll go back first,” Xue Yi Ming said to Lin Tian Yu. ”If Mingyue wakes up, please call me.”
