Although Jiang Ming wasn’t sure what it was, he knew that this was important to him as it mentioned the Demon Saint.

He had a feeling that parts of the inheritance mission would be to look for the location of the Demon King’s golden body. Well, of course, this was just a speculation, but just to be sure, he decided to buy the map from Mu Baiting.

“President TK, I want this map, but I don’t have any equipment to offer now. Would it be okay if I owe you one silver equipment for now?” Jiang Ming asked Mu Baiting.

Mu Baiting nodded his head and smiled. “Sure.”

“Thank you. I actually wanted to ask, since you have this map, why don’t you use it for yourself?” When Jiang Ming took the map from Mu Baiting, he couldn’t help but ask.

“I don’t even know who King Asura is. Plus, I’m thinking of joining the holy faction and so I’m not that interested in the stuff from the demon faction. Also, I think the location that was marked in the map is a place with level 80 monsters. I can’t even cross the river as of now and even if I managed to do that, I might be killed immediately. It just isn’t worth the risk,” Mu Baiting replied.

“Hmm, that’s true.” Jiang Ming nodded his head.

Then, Jin Tian who was quiet the entire time suddenly asked, “Misty River, would you consider selling the store? Give me a number, I’ll buy it.”

A wry smile appeared on Mu Baiting’s face as well and he said, “Actually, I wanted to ask you the same question.”

Selling the store?

Jiang Ming narrowed his eyes as he thought about their question. He had a total of three stores in the Marketplace. One was the premium store and the other two were just ordinary stores. His initial plan was to wait for the prices to go up so that he’d sell it at a much higher price, but since both of them were asking about it, he decided to give it a thought.

“Actually, I bought this store so that I had a place to sell my equipment. But since both of you are interested and I am short of money, I can sell it to you. As for the price…” Jiang Ming replied.

“Two hundred thousand dragon coins,” Mu Baiting said.

“Two hundred and fifty thousand dragon coins.” Jin Tian followed.

Jiang Ming was attracted by the price that they offered, but he shook his head as he still wasn’t satisfied.

Ever since Divine Land started, there were about millions of players in the game and this was only in Hualong. In order words, the game was like a second world. Therefore, it could be said that the real estate pricing in the game was similar to reality. Plus, even if he wasn’t planning to do any business with the store, he could rent it and would still earn quite an amount.

Given the location and the size of his store, the rent would cost about ten thousand yuan each month. A year’s rent would be about 120 thousand yuan and 240 thousand for two years. It was estimated that the game would at least last for ten years, which meant that he would earn a total of 1.2 million yuan. Even if the game got abandoned in the end, he could still sell it back to the system with one-fifth of its price.

If you count it this way, the price that the both of them offered was actually not that much. Plus, once the trading system was activated, the price would at least be doubled.

When they saw Jiang Ming shaking his head, both of them showed a bitter smile. Although they were both presidents of guilds and had tons of money, all the money would have to be invested into the game into the later part. If they used up too much now, it might ruin their plan in the future. Therefore, they still had to consider it thoroughly before making the decision.

“How about this, I’ll sell it at 450 thousand to both of you and each of you gets one floor or I’ll sell it for 200 thousand to either one of you, but I want 30% of the shares. What do you think?” Jiang Ming folded his arms as he looked at the two of them.
