22 Finally Back! (1/2)

Anna didn't know why, even up till this time, she couldn't bring herself to hate him. Despite everything that man had done to her.....she just couldn't. No matter how much she wanted to.

”N...Nathan!”

Anna was brought back into reality when she heard Shola's shocked voice

She watched as Shola ran over to the man standing by the door,he smiled as he saw her and Shola stared at his face for a few seconds before she hugged him. Anna knew that he was her husband and a huge smile appeared on her face just watching their reunion ”Its really you....you're back” Shola said emotionally.

”Hmm, I'm back” Nathan said as he hugged her tighter.

Anna sighed softly,

They were just speaking about him, his daughter just threw a tantrum and now she realised it was all for nothing.

”Hey Anna”

”Ah!” Anna got startled, she would have hit the person behind her if the voice didn't sound so familiar.

”Bai Sheng! You're back!” Anna said excitedly. No one actually knew how happy she was right now, she tried to stay quiet though, as Anna was still sleeping on her lap.

”How have you been” he had a slight smile on his. His bruises had faded and he didn't seem like he was hurt or anything to be honest, he actually looked quite good.

'Who am I kidding?....he always looks good!' Anna thought to herself staring at Bai Sheng in a daze.

”Bai Sheng! you idiot!” Su Chen huggedBai Sheng tightly faking a sob

”You are so evil, you didn't even bother to call. Do you know how worried I was? do you know what you've put me through?” Bai Sheng rolled his eyes. This guy will always look for ways to cause drama.

”Stop being a drama queen, I'm here now” Bai Sheng said as he patted his back.

Su Chen wiped his imaginary tears and left Bai Sheng's shoulders. Bai Sheng could only laugh, he really missed his friend.

Anna stared at them and couldn't help but laugh, she wondered if Su Chen was really older than her.

”Let me hold her” Anna turned around to stare at the man behind her.

His green eyes were on Ella but she could see them clearly. He raised his head to look at her and their eyes met

”You....you're..” The words Anna wanted to say were stuck in her throat.

”The both of you know each other?” Shola asked as she noticed Nathan was also staring at the girl in a daze. Nathan suddenly remembered where he had seen the girl before

”Ah.....we met once, at the high way right?, you....you were that girl” Nathan said, although he couldn't shake off the heavy feeling in his chest that he had seen her somewhere else.

”Yes....but...not that” Anna stared at his face again and again, it couldn't just be a coincidence....she was sure!
