”We're going full speed to Kraken's nest! Listen, you bastards!

Now that we're out of the bay, it looks like we're going to run at maximum ship speed from here. You just said something that bothered you.

”What's a Kraken's nest?

”Oh, Lord Black Thunder. Kraken's nest, as its name suggests, is a dangerous area where Kraken lives!

”Are you going through there?

”Don't go through if you say so.”

Isn't it dangerous to say there's a line to avoid the great warcraft? But they're a little different than we thought.

”Go ahead and plunder the outermost part of Kraken's territory.”

Kraken reigns at the apex of the ecosystem in this watershed. Naturally no other warcraft is close to the waters where its Kraken lives with Ujauja. Especially susceptible to predation, the medium-sized Warcraft will never come by.

”Conversely, if you're careful with Kraken, you're less likely to be attacked by other warcraft.”

”But what about Kraken?

Yes. If that Kraken attacked me, there shouldn't be a single pile. But Jerome said that the boundaries of this ship are made especially assuming Kraken, and the chances of being discovered are quite low?

So what about the other warcraft? Aside from Kraken, there must be some horrible big warcraft. When Fran asks, it seems that there are few large warcraft living in this waters other than Kraken who said so.

”Why?”

”There's a shallow ocean going on between the Gilbard continent, which I just left, and the Chrome continent, where the Beast Nation is. Well, even if it's shallow, it's a few hundred meters.”

Still, its depth seems very shallow compared to other outer oceans.

”For example, large warcraft above threat B, such as king whales, water dragons, and dagons on Leviathan, usually live in deep waters”

So I say it has never even been witnessed in the waters between Jilbird and Chrome, where the sea is shallow.

”Instead, in the Devil's Sea between Browdin continent to the north, there's a nasty warcraft at last. The Leviathan of Threat S is the only sea sighted in the world.”

Leviathan is, according to legend, one of the strongest warcraft, whose head to tail exceeds 1000 meters and whose tsunami is sometimes even said to be Leviathan's turnaround.

There are too few examples of sightings and we know nothing of the details. But more than 3,000 years ago, a coastal country once pissed off Leviathan and was destroyed overnight. It was considered true from what is stated in the literature written by the Clerical Skills of the Depositary.

It is Leviathan's description of staple foods that particularly surprised people with the content of that literature, he says. What a star food it was written was Midgals Olm, a Threat A Warcraft, since Leviathan is rarely sighted except when hunting because if he captures one and brings it back to his nest, he can continue eating it for over 100 years. What a story the scale is too big.

The Magic Sea is home to many other large warcraft, so few ships use it as a route. Ships from the Gilbard continent to the Browdin continent to the north are also mostly headed for the Chrome continent to the west, bypassing the Devil's Sea and heading north. I guess that's how safe the ocean is.

Instead, Kraken, who has no other competing warcraft, will gather in the waters. That's so much so that they say nests, etc.

”Well, don't worry. That Kraken measure is perfect.”

”Mmm.”

”Instead, ask for other miscellaneous fish warcraft and pirates?

”Okay. Let it be.”

”Ooh.”
