Since i was a child everybody stops living reality the moment i look into their eyes. My parents were the first to notice that. My mom in order to feed and raise me, always blinded her eyes, or else she could never focus enough to do that.

The examples for that are infinite throughout my life.

Though, touching me doesn't have the same effect.

The effect it has is that it raises the level of sensitivity and emotionality in the person, making him feel vulnerable and unable to act according to his own behavior. It makes their deepest desire appear on the surface.”

But i figured that since i'll be, fianlly..With people of my own, who also experienced having powers and its consequences... That i could be myself without restraining my powers. Doing that drains a lot of my energy. I was told by Guiado that the more i do it, the worse my health gets...”

'Everybody was left speechless when hearing Elera for the first time speaking this long and truthful.

They all felt sad and no one knew what to say or do.

Ayla. put her hands on Elara's shoulders. ”What are you talking about? You don't have to restrain yourself or hurt it just because of that.

I will not let that happen for any of my people.

Before i ever discovered my powers, i could see clearly the amount of care and protection i could give. It was like a god given ability, it never made me feel tired or bad to care and protect, even for people who did not deserve it. I always questioned the reason why?

Until i discoverd my powers, they were always within me without me noticing.”

*At this exact moment, it hit Herald that he always liked to predict things before they happen, using evidences and intuition..More often than not he would be proven right, but he never thought this was because of his Atlantean blood.*

Ayla continued. ”My powers are ”Protection”. By knowing what hurts a certain person i can place a part of me in them who'd always protect them from it.”
