As soon as Qingfeng and the others stepped into the Crimson Fire Desert, he felt a rush of fierce energy that scorched the sand on the ground. His foot had just lightly stepped onto the first sand dune when he felt an incredible burn.

Qingfeng had trained in Mortal Purgatory Body and had resilient skin that could resist this high temperature. However, the other ten self-cultivators' feet all steamed from the heat. Even Li Yang and the Second Prince's feet burned with steam, stinging in pain.

Qingfeng frowned, and desert sand burned while the others around him couldn't stand it.

Qingfeng saw that Li Yang was sweating heavily, as her shoes burned with black smoke. He grew worried, as he pulled Li Yang over beside him.

He activated his internal fire-element vital essence and transferred it into Li Yang to help her block off the desert heat.

Li Yang's face grew red and her foot no longer smoked; clearly Qingfeng's fire vital essence came of use.

Qingfeng saw that his vital essence had helped Li Yang, so he gave some to the Second Prince, along with the other ten or so men in black.

Qingfeng's fire vital essence contained hints of the Golden Flames, which were saint level flames. The Crimson Fire Desert was extremely hot, but it was still far from the Golden Flames.

The Second Prince and the others all looked at Qingfeng with shock, it was the first time they've seen someone block off the Crimson Fire Desert temperature with his physical strength.

With so many self-cultivators coming to the Crimson Fire Desert, a large proportion eventually succumbed to the high temperatures, with some even dying to it.

The Second Prince was aware of this, so he prepared many things inside his interspatial ring, such as ice blocks and ice-element cooling talismans that surprisingly came of use.

Black Puppy wagged its tail and ran over to Qingfeng, saying, ”Qingfeng give me some of your fire vital essence to block off this high temperature.”

Qingfeng kicked Black Puppy away and said, ”Your skin is rough enough, you don't need my fire vital essence. Lead us to Sky-Devouring Snake!”

Black Puppy looked at Qingfeng like it was wronged and then went to lead the way.

Its paws were especially strong, fierce, and its skin was thick. The sand in the desert may be of high temperature, but it couldn't harm Black Puppy.

At the same time, on the north side of the Crimson Fire Desert, Sky-Devouring Snake was being chased .

The one that was chasing after Sky-Devouring Snake was a giant which was three meters tall. His body was made of sand, and emitted incredibly powerful energy.

Everytime he struck, a massive human-sized hole was punched into the Crimson Fire Desert ground, and Sky-Devouring Snake's body was already heavily wounded.

Sky-Devouring Snake had already dodged many pursuits last night. It found a place to recover but didn't know that it would be caught by the three-meter tall desert giant.

The snake shook its tail as it ran and cursed, ”These damn desert giants are too powerful, they're like demons that won't die. How come they can re-assemble with sand after I smash its head?”

In the past few days, Sky-Devouring Snake was fighting with the desert giant, but the giant's body was made of the golden sand of the Crimson Fire Desert.
