Although Qingfeng didn't recognize those self-cultivators, they followed behind him as if he was a guardian angel that they could rely on to survive.

Now the shorthaired self-cultivator was killed by the desert poisonous scorpion, which humiliated Qingfeng.

Anger flashed in Qingfeng's eyes as he opened his mouth and spat out a ray of especially sharp golden energy. It tore through the void with incredibly fierce energy, immediately shooting onto the desert poisonous scorpion and tearing its body in half.

Qingfeng noticed then that the desert poisonous scorpion wasn't very big, of only twenty of so centimeters, but there were many black poisonous thorns that were sharp. Once it touched the self-cultivators' skin, it could easily tear apart their bodies.

All the several hundred self-cultivators behind Qingfeng sighed in relief when they saw that Qingfeng's golden light had killed a desert poisonous scorpion, and they looked at Qingfeng with gratitude.

They knew that if Qingfeng didn't kill this poisonous scorpion, then the other self-cultivators would be killed in the next second.

Splash, splash, splash…

Although Qingfeng killed a scorpion, splashing sounds came from the desert around them. The sound was especially piercing with terrifying energy that scared whoever looked even once.

Plop, plop, plop…

Suddenly large amounts of desert poisonous scorpion rushed out from underneath the desert. These were a large quantity of them, reaching roughly several thousand in total, and they surrounded Qingfeng along with all the other self-cultivators around him.

At this moment, everyone's faces changed as shock filled their eyes. They clearly felt the great strength of a single desert poisonous scorpion, and now that there were several thousand, they felt like they were facing the end of the world.

Qingfeng's face also slightly changed, but of course he didn't fear these scorpions because it was easy for him to kill them. He was worried about those self-cultivators behind him, because their abilities were somewhat low, and they might be heavily wounded if the desert poisonous scorpions attacked.

Qingfeng looked at Black Puppy and Sky-Devouring Snake and said, ”You two go behind them and protect those self-cultivators, I'll go and kill those desert poisonous scorpions.”

Black Puppy and Sky-Devouring Snake nodded and transformed into two rays of black light that shattered the void. They immediately appeared in the back, and blocked the attacks of the scorpions, and protected all the self-cultivators behind them.

Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh…

The ten or so scorpions in the back soared into the air, and unleashed a ray of fierce sword energies that charged towards those self-cultivators.

Black Puppy and Sky-Devouring Snake both activated their super powers, as one shot out Yin-yang Energy from its eyes while the other spat out a devouring vortex, killing all those scorpions.

Qingfeng also knew that there were plenty of dangers hidden in the desert, and the scorpions before them were only the smallest of them. He had to kill them all in a hurry and walk past this desert.

”Five thousand times gravity technique,” Qingfeng shouted loudly, and he unleashed the five thousand times gravitational technique he just learned.

Massive black energy formed around Qingfeng, sinking deep underneath the ground and forming a massive gravitational force.

This suction power was very powerful, as it immediately sucked the several thousand scorpions nearby onto the ground and kept them from moving.
