Qingfeng Li started practicing according to what the Yin-Yang Saint Technique described. He was very fast and had strong comprehension skills. Therefore, he learned the poses and the choreography of the Yin-Yang Saint Technique in a short amount of time.
He kneeled and put his palms together in front of his chest. Then he pinched a mudra. Yin and Yang intertwined and complemented each other. They formed Yin light above his left hand and Yang light above his right hand.
A great amount of Yin-Yang attribute vital essence entered his body and formed the black and white two breaths to give Qingfeng Li's body two different attributes.
From what eyes could see, Qingfeng Li's left side of his body was black and the right side was white, just as the Yin-Yang attribute. However, these two attributes also combined and looked somewhat strange.
Linglong Xue's face changed when she saw this. She stepped back in surprise because she realized that when Qingfeng Li was practicing, the force in his body was extremely strong and absorbed the Yin-Yang essence chi with great speed.
Qingfeng Li was completely immersed in his practice and his two palms madly absorbed the essence chi of the entire planet.
Although this was a deathly still planet, the inside had been silent for a hundred thousand years and had accumulated much Yin-Yang essence. No other self-cultivators or demonic beasts practiced the art, therefore all the essence floated in the air, which now benefitted Qingfeng Li greatly.
Qingfeng Li's mouth, skin, hair, muscles, bones, and every part of his body absorbed the Yin and Yang essence from the air. He gathered it all into his body and started the refining process.
The tremendous Yin and Yang attribute essence entered Qingfeng Li's body and formed two airflows, which made the left side of his body black and right side of his body white.
From his head, along with Qingfeng Li's arteries, one strand of black airflow and one strand of white airflow drifted into his neck, chest, stomach, waist, legs, and feet. After they finished a whole circulation, the two strands of airflows stayed and became immersed in his spirit nucleus.
Before, Qingfeng Li's spirit nucleus was gold. It was a small sun spirit nucleus, but after it absorbed the Yin and Yang attributes, it started to change.
The spirit nucleus also appeared two colors, black and white, which looked extremely strange and eerie. It had a different color than Qingfeng Li's previous spirit nucleus, which surprised and confused Qingfeng Li.
However, Qingfeng Li could feel vividly that his spirit nucleus had become even stronger than it was before.
Qingfeng Li's eyes moved slightly and shot out black and white forces, which revolved above his spirit nucleus.

After a crisping noise, his small sun spirit nucleus completely exploded and formed a whirlpool, spinning endlessly. Just like the tsunamis of the ocean and tornados, it was black and white from the two types of essence.
The black and white colors kept interweaving and at the end, formed a Black-and-White spirit nucleus as big as an egg. This spirit nucleus' name was the Yin-Yang Spirit Nucleus.
When the Yin-Yang Spirit Nucleus formed, Qingfeng Li's whole body bloated as though the Yin-Yang Saint was reborn, radiating majestic power.
Qingfeng Li lifted his body from the ground and created several brassy noises as though the planet was exploding. Qingfeng Li's eyes opened and shot out two streaks of light. One was white and the other was black, the light of Yin-Yang.
Following the path of the Yin-Yang light, the two mountains that stood before him were shattered. Qingfeng Li punched forward, which made nine big holes in the void.
Nine holes indicated a force of 4.5 million kilograms. Qingfeng Li had broken through to the ninth level of the spirit monarch realm, which showed off his extremely fast cultivation speed.
Certainly, Qingfeng Li knew that the reason he could cultivate so fast was because of the Yin-Yang Saint Technique he practiced.
