Qingfeng Li would have no problem dealing with one, or ten, or a hundred thunder beasts, but the people beside him were not as strong as he was. They would be in danger if they were to fight against such a large number of thunder beasts.

More and more thunder beasts appeared in the mountain from far away. There were ash and smoke everywhere, which covered the entire sky.

The thunder beasts not only ran on land, but also flew in the sky. For example, the thunder eagle, thunder pigeon, and thunder crane were all flying-type thunder beasts. They flapped their wings and drew thunderbolts, which cleaved the sky and created many cracks.

They rushed toward Qingfeng Li ceaselessly as if they were possessed by something.

Qingfeng Li led Black Puppy, the Linglong Saintess and others to hide beside a giant cliff, and under the cliff was a bottomless chasm.

Qingfeng Li knew that even though the thunder beasts were controlled by something or were possessed by some evil species, they could not dare to run to the cliff. This was because that a bottomless chasm was under the cliff, and if they dared to jump over, then they would die for sure.

As expected, the thunder beasts did not run to the cliff that Qingfeng Li was hiding at, they ran in the other direction instead, which was a wide and well-paved road.

After all the thunder beasts ran off, Qingfeng Li led the Linglong Saintess and the others out from under the cliff.

Qingfeng Li saw a scene of devastation everywhere that the thunder beasts passed; many giant holes appeared, and many trees and mountains were ruined.

Even though the vitality stones inside the Fallen Immortal Area were pretty hard, the demonic beasts were just too strong; some of them were even high-grade thunder beasts.

Qingfeng Li even felt the aura of a thunder beast at the pinnacle tier, which meant that the thunder beast was even stronger than Qingfeng Li. So even if Qingfeng Li was to fight against those thunder beasts at the pinnacle tier, he would have to spend a great effect in order to beat it.

The Linglong Saintess thought for awhile and said, ”Qingfeng Li, I think the thunder beasts were not coming for us just now, it's just that we blocked their path or something.”

Qingfeng Li nodded and said, ”I also felt that. Those thunder beasts are probably controlled by some scary things, and they are running towards a mysterious direction to search for something. But no matter where they go, it's none of our business, we should just keep on going forward to the center of the Fallen Immortal Arena.”
