156 Press Conference (1/2)

Vince is now on his way back to the hotel accompanied by Haru and Emika. The meeting was a success and they have completed the dishes Haru will cook and the rings were already chosen. Edward, on the other hand, needs to drop Nyelle back to the base before heading back to the Hotel.

”Vince, can I ask you something?” Emika said.

”Fire away.”

”Who is Nyelle to Edward?”

”Owh about that.....” Vince didn't directly answer as it was not his position to do so. He glanced at the man beside him and noticed the sadness in his eyes.

Haru has been in love with Emika ever since he met them but when Emika met his cousin, Edward, she had been head over heels with the man. These two are both in a one-sided relationship with the other person not knowing the feelings they keep.

After considering Haru's feelings, Vince answered,

”I don't think I am the right person you should ask about that. Why not try asking Edward yourself?”

”That's why I'm asking you because I can't find the courage to do so.” Emika sneered at Vince.

”Well, he hasn't mentioned about it, though.” Vince lied as there's no need for his cousin to voice out his feelings.

As soon as they arrive at hotel, Haru headed to his room to get ready for the dishes he needed to cook for the couple. Not noticing the sour mood of the man, Emika went on with exploring the hotel. Vince, on the other hand, went to his suite where his Queen is preparing for the press conference as what Sylvan had reported through the message.

”Vince?” Yve instantly turned around when she heard the door opening.

”Yes, anything wrong?” Vince asked and hugged his Queen while eyeing her wardrobe for the night.

Yve is wearing a white dress. It was so pristine that it featured clapper sleeves and sensual cut-out details on the side. The dress hugged her body so beautifully and highlighted her slender frame. The cross at the middle of the dress separates the one piece dress. It ended with a pencil cut skirt to declare a statement.

The look on Vince's eyes made Yve embarrassed.

”You look so beautiful.” Vince commented.

”Especially with these jewelry and diamond heels with you.” He added.

Yve blushed and hid her face by turning around and instructed, ”You should get ready as well. We don't want to keep the press waiting.”

”Yes, mam!” Vince said and went to the walk-in closet.

After a few minutes, Vince went out wearing an eye opener suit. He is wearing a white suit accented by color black on the lapel and button and bow tie. Lastly, his trousers are colored black too.

'And of course, he would make sure that our clothes are couple like.' Yve thought.

”Let's go?” Vince asked her.

”Hmmm…” Yve nodded but held Vince's arm well and the man knew instantly what she feels.

”Don't worry. I'm here for you.” Vince assured her and walked with her towards the function hall.
