211 Yve, What should I do? 1 (1/2)
Yve safely arrives at her office and sat on her chair with Sylvan closely following her. When Sylvan noticed that she has finally calmed down, he started his report on her schedule for the day.
”Sir Edward is wondering where you will meet Ms. Nyelle this afternoon.” Sylvan courageously asked.
”Ahh, I almost forgot! Thanks, Sylvan. I will meet her at our usual coffee shop. It's just three intersections south of Vince's hotel. I will inform Nyelle of this.” Yve happily texted her friend and as Sylvan was about to excuse himself, Yve called out to him.
”Sylvan? Please wait. I have something to ask you.” She said causing the latter to walk back to her desk.
”Yes?”
”Do you know the house that Vince bought after the penthouse incident?”
”Yes, Miss. What about it?”
”Is it still under his name?”
”I believe so. I never heard from Sir Edward that the Boss has sold the house. Why do you ask?”
”Hmm… I was just thinking of moving out of the hotel.” Yve honestly answered.
”Really?! I bet the Boss will be delighted about it. But are you sure you're okay with it?”
”I guess I will be fine if there are more people around the house rather than just the two of us.” Yve honestly said.
”So should I make the necessary arrangements?”
”Hmm… just ask someone to clean the place first. I will talk to him about it.” Yve said and dismissed Sylvan to do his work in his office.
She then looked at the files she needed to check and starts to read them before her first meeting of the day.
At the same time, Edward is discussing the updates to Vince.
”With everything that happened in the wedding and the ceremony yesterday, the stock value of Stones has steadied and their Board has finally calmed down.” Edward said.
”That's good. So in the meantime, we will do checks in their accounts.”
”I'm already on it. I will send you the details before the day ends.”
”Good. How about the Gray Group?” Vince asked.
”The stock value of Gray Group is the same as before. I believe...”
”That's not good. We need to make a steady growth or else our own Board will think that we're too focused on Stones. Give me the updates on existing projects as well as our newly acquired projects. Let's change our focus into 70-30 giving majority to Gray Group.” Vince ordered.
”Yes, Bro.! I have already placed the projects on you right desk. They are color coded in the same way as before.” Edward confidently said.
”Thanks.”
When Vince dismissed Edward, they both received a text message. Vince's message is from Yve.
