277 Mother and Sons Deal (1/2)
Yve is all smiles as she reads the articles on the newspapers. They really made the headlines may it be because of the simultaneous stream, social media posts of their artists and the reactions of the fans. Different newspapers have their own articles but all of them are positive which the most important thing. Yve has just finished reading the related articles on the newspapers when Vince arrives in the dining area after preparing for work.
”What's with all the smiles?”
”We made it on the newspaper. All of the articles are good feedback.”
”Great job! I'm sure the stock value of SkyMu increased because of that and it will positively affect the status of Stones Enterprises.” Vince congratulates his wife.
”But for you to get better today, we need to eat.”
The couple smiles at each other and enjoys the meal Vince prepared for both of them.
As they are about to head out for work, Vince calls out to his wife.
”By the way, what time will you go home tonight?”
”I'll be going to Noble's main office after school. Then Mom and Rose will come with me. Why?”
”Hmmm…. Nothing. So where will you eat dinner?”
”I might be eating with Mom and Rose outside. Will you be able to join us?”
”I'm not sure. I'll just send a message if I can.” Vince replies to his wife and kisses her on the forehead before getting in the car.
As Yve gets in the car, she received a text message from Maddie. She opens it and read the message,
”Dear, I'm sorry for the late notice. After one night of thinking, I decided not to stay at your house tonight. Rose and I can stay in a hotel temporarily while the construction is still ongoing. I hope you understand.”
Yve is shocked by Maddie's decision so she replies instantly,
”Mom, I know what you're thinking but there's no need to worry. You will not be nuisance to me and Vince. He agreed to my suggestion. Furthermore, you might feel uncomfortable staying at a hotel.”
Maddie, who is in the middle of checking the bulk orders of Noble's different branches, reads the message and instantly remembered her son's early morning request.

Upon knowing that Yve went on a jogging with Chrysthe around the village, Vince remembered Yve's decision last night on letting Maddie and Rose stay with them while the office will be under renovation. So he called his mother on a rush.
”Mom, are you awake now?”
”Yes, my dear Son. Is there anything I can do for you?”
”Mom, I heard the result about your counseling…. How are you?”
”I'll be fine, with your strong-willed wife in-charge, I will recover just fine.”
”I felt really thankful to her. By the way Mom, about the accommodation…”
”I felt thankful also to her. I do understand what you mean by the accommodation. I didn't want to stay at your house but Yve's really determined.”
”Well, for the accommodation, I can reserve the best room in one of the hotels near your office.” Vince suggested.
”But I would want for me and Rose to be in the same room.”
”Roger that, Mom. Thank you for understanding.”
”This is not free though. I'll be expecting grandchild anytime soon.”
”MOM!!”
”WHAT?! You're already married and how long do I need to wait for my grandchild?”
”Okay, okay, I know! But please keep this deal a secret between the two of us. Also please tell your decision to my wife on your own.”
