Are you actually awake or just daydreaming?” Superintendent Ouyang was so angry that she even laughed. Still, her anger did dissipate significantly now that Zhang Fan had explained things.

“It’s because the public hospitals don’t focus on microsurgery!” Zhang Fan said in a low voice.

“Hey! So is that my fault?” Superintendent Ouyang raised her voice several octaves. However, she wasn’t actually angry.

“No, I just wanted a little sense of accomplishment! Originally, even if he closed his hospital, it wouldn’t have much to do with me. However, I recruited many doctors for him.
